Then please get an executive resolution team to help me! My customer service advocate emailed me yesterday after me calling every day or every other day that essentially there is nothing more he can do because the third party vendor won't respond! My documents have not even been submitted to the state as far as I know. This is not because of Covid it is because Carvana continues to do business with an incompetent and unresponsive third party vendor and then Carvana basically claims it is out of their hands. You must have some higher level way of getting this vendor to move my file. Please help!
