Worst experience EVER,INCORRECT BILL OF SALE, INCORRECT MILEAGE, GAP NOT ON BILL OF SALE, TREATS, FROM COMPANY TO TAKE CAR IF I DO NOT SEND IN MY DOWN PAYMENT WHEN THEY ARE SUPPOSE TO TAKE IT FROM MY CHECK MILEAGE, GAP NOT ON BILL OF SALE, TREATS, FROM COMPANY TO TAKE CAR IF I DO NOT SEND IN MY DOWN PAYMENT WHEN THEY ARE SUPPOSE TO TAKE IT FROM MY CHECKING ACCOUNT, HOLDS ON PHONE FOR HOURS AND THEY HANG UP, NO RETURN PHONE CALLS, DAMAGES NOT FIXED AFTER THEY PROMISE, HORRIBLE. THIS WAS MY SONS GRADUATION GIFT. THANKS A BUNCH, CARVANA. ON 10/20/20 we drove from Louisiana to Mississippi test drove the car noticed the issues the driver took pictures and noted the account, as of today 11/3/20 the issues still have not been corrected, they keep saying we will rebuild your loan, they rebuilt it on 11/1/20, I signed it and then on 11/2/20 they said oh no resign it again. NO, NO, NO, each time the documents were different and said it gives them the right to take out a new down payment. Then on the morning of 11/3/20 I received an email from its recovery dept. that said if I do not overnight a cashier's check for the down payment my loan will be revoked. WHAT!!!! More
The overall experience with Carvana was extremely positive. Apart from playing phone tag with my bank, the contact-less order and delivery went smoothly, and the car arrived as described and depicted positive. I enjoyed the ease of purchasing online and having the vehicle delivered to my home. I’m disappointed that the delivery date had to be pushed back, which didn’t provide me ample time to inspect the inter vehicle delivered to my home. I’m disappointed that the delivery date had to be pushed back, which didn’t provide me ample time to inspect the interior of the vehicle thoroughly, because I left on a pre-planned trip 2 days after delivery. My time was already allocated with other obligations so, I failed to inspect throughout the entire vehicle and exterior. It was raining also the day of my delivery so I wasn’t able to see that there could have have been a little more effort on the dealers part to detail the vehicle. The rims are filthy and the drivers head rest was filthy as well and I still haven’t been able to get the oily residue from the headrest that had a dirty locker room smell. I trusted the dealer when they said that they had taken the time to sanitize and clean the vehicle. There was also a stink bug in the car that must have traveled from its last destination that flew up into the window days later. Thank goodness I was able to dispose of it. I’m pleased with the process with the vehicle other than they fail short of making sure the vehicle was clean as possible! The proper cleaning of the interior is very important especially during these trying times during Covid. More
A few BIG issues. 1st. They had over 14 days to get the car to the pickup point and yet they were still several hours late. It was a 3 hour drive for us and we had to wait for them in a Wal Mart parking l car to the pickup point and yet they were still several hours late. It was a 3 hour drive for us and we had to wait for them in a Wal Mart parking lot and ended up missing an event back home that night due to their tardiness. 2nd. The car was very dirty upon arrival. Lot's of dust, dirt and just looked as if it had not been properly cleaned in several months. It really had an impact on our first impression of the car and we seriously considered refusing to accept delivery based on the condition it was in at the time. We have since had it detailed and it looks 1000% better now. Shame that they couldn't spend $50 to present a clean vehicle to the customer! 3rd. We are self registering but they claimed they couldn't remove those charges from the contract and so we were forced to pay them and are now waiting for a refund to be processed a week later!! That money should never have been taken and/or should have been returned within a week of the transaction. In the end I think we got a great car but I am not happy with several aspects of Carvana's handling of this transaction! More
The entire process was Great! I am not sure why anyone would visit a car dealership anymore. Notable things that you will miss when buying from Carvana: (Said No one Ever) - Car Sale Negations with shady salespeople. - Receiving derogatory reviews of your car at trade-in to sweeten the deal for the car dealership. - Working with a sales member that will need to check with their manager on pricing. - Upselling unneeded services and warranties. (Although Carvana offers this you won't need it because it comes with a free warranty and they have quality cars). - Dealer fees, I mean who doesn't love a fee for nothing right? -Hearing that someone is coming to look at that exact model on the lot later today to create sales pressure. -The joy of finally meeting the sales manager after the sale and painful negation process is finally done. -And finally did I mention Car Sale Negations with shady salespeople? Traditional Car Dealerships take notice! More
The car buying was awesome relaxed no pressure. I had helpful staff. That was kind and professional. Car is running great! However there were some easy stains to clean with a napkin and sanitary wipe. The air filters were another thing that weren’t cleaned/switched out so had to do that on my own.
