What a bull--s respond, they still have not resolved my issues, they sent out another bill of sale deleting the gap coverage and then still cancelled the authorization to fix the damages that were existing and today told me they were not fixing anything until they get the down payment. I told them well take it from my account, he responded your account is overdrawn, I said wait let me email you a copy of my balance. Carvana was trying to take the down payment from someone else account. So even ater that they still tells me you have to send a check and them prove it was sent over night and once its received we will authorize the repairs. screw carvana, they can have this car.
