I don't need a boilerplate response, I need a resolution. My delivery was delayed without notice, and now the website has 2 different reschedule times. Can a human being please let me know what alternatives there are to a friday vending machine pick up. I want the car delivered to my home before Friday or I will have to cancel my order.

Below is the boilerplate language sent from Carvana, which neither offers a resolution nor tells me anything I don't already know. The language below is almost identical to Carvana's response to any issue. It is clear that Carvana is interested in volume/profits, but not quality. Its a shame to see such a great business model run into the ground by the people ruining the model...
