Vehicle was listed with 2 sets of keys. Dealership forgot to include the vehicle’s floor mats and second key fob. It was like pulling teeth to get Carvana to get these items to me. The replacement mats are generic and don’t fit the car very well. Interior of vehicle was gross, there was stains on the carpeting and spilled coffee or something ground into the cup holder in the back seat. Super disappointing. More
Really bad experience. I would never buy another car here. As awful as the car buying process is at a dealership, the Carvana experience is worse. It's just stretched from a typical 2-3 hour car buying misery into a 6 week long misery. It sounded like a great idea at the time but their communication systems and processes are a mess. After all the time it took, they delivered a $70,000 Porsche 911 with front tires that are 11 years old and back tires that dont fit the rim. They sent me to their approved tire company for an opinion; who said the tires are dangerous and should be replaced. They still refused. This company is a disorganized mess. Will never buy a car here again. Its no wonder they are failing as a business. More
The performance of the Honda Fit that I purchased was good but the interior condition is pretty horrible! The mats are missing and/or tore and the seats are stained. I asked about this and the representative said the company can do $100 which doesn't even cover a detail and new mats. Carvana clearly does NOT value their customers. I would recommend going to Carmax over Carvana. More
