Strongly recommend AGAINST using Carvana. I have several complaints- the biggest being that they advertised the car as having blind spot detection. It did not, and they claimed that was not included in the price and sent me a measly $100 for the inconvenience. Every time I called them, it was a long wait to talk to someone. And the payment system is a mess. I confirmed with my bank that the wire had gone through a few days before delivery. The day before delivery I get urgent messages from Carvana saying the wire hadn't come through. When I called Carvana, they quickly confirmed it had gone through- no explanation for the frantic unnecessary messages. Very disappointing and I am actively telling everyone never to use them. More

I would recommend Carvana however, I received my car damaged. I had to make all the arrangements for repair including the rental car. Taking time out of my life that I shouldn't have needed to do. BUT having to take my time to fix the vehicle that I received damaged was not ok. What does that do to my resale value? Carvana has not said anything to me about making this right. They submitted a claim on my behalf. Although every question I ask they respond with I need to contact SilverRock. They should be handling this and taking this opportunity to gain some positive reviews. Or I guess this is an opportunity for them to gain a not-so-positive review. Its their choice. More
I will never buy another car from Carvana again. I am well into a month and a half of owning my car, but I now have found out that it was in a front end collision. Even after I have proof from the mechanic, they refuse to exchange it for a safe car. When I say safe, I need one with a crash detection system does not turn on while you’re doing 70 miles an hour on the highway. But I wish you could care less about customer, safety, and all they care about is the bottom line of making money. Completely unacceptable. They just tell me to use the extended warranty to fix it, I mean, without the computer plug correctly harness to the car. It cannot even pass Arizona inspection. That alone is illegal. More
