I called that exact number, who then connected me Silver Rock, your 3rd party warranty company. I submitted my claim with pictures of the wheels. I received an email back the next business day stating the repairs were within Carvana's Standards. All of this, mind you, within my trial period. My trial ended the next day. I should have sent the car back, honestly,
