Well, I have to tell you, I can see why Carvana is heading down a path toward. destruction. On its face, the car is a beauty. Granted. However, Carvana lists SOME of the cosmetic imperfections...SOME! If you do not pick up on them at delivery, well, good luck trying to get them to resolve them after the fact and irrespective of the fact that they were NOT listed on the pics' descriptions. I am now waiting ONE WEEK for their insurance company, SIlVERROCK, to pay for and resolve a mechanical issue with the spoiler and forget about the other cosmetic things I missed. Surely, they will not be paying for those that were not listed on the site. Misrepresentation at its best. Mind, you, IF Carvana ACTUALLY test drove the vehicle, they would have learned of the spoiler's mechanical problem. SO, they probably DO NOT test drive your car! The car must have been in a front end collision and NOT on the carfax. At least that's what my auto body expert tells me from the terrible overspray of the paint on the front headlamps and lower body effects. (Carvana will tell you that this is "NORMAL wear and tear!" Really....this is NORMAL wear and tear: a terrible repair of a front end collision that they did not tell me about nor list on the car description. DID THEY do an inspection?). Let me answer, probably not. I also discovered a MISSING LUG NUT on the passenger wheel. 4... NOT 5... lugnuts holding the wheel on. ( DID THEY do an inspection??). I got ZERO accommodation for a delivery that was 3 HOURS late and did not get any credit issued whatsoever. I am glad Carvana knows that my time is free. Funny, I bill $200 per hour for my professional knowledge. Seems time isn't money anymore!). Luckily, I had the most lovely girls from the inside of Carvana that (at least) cleared up the delivery faux pau and terrible paperwork preparation that was done by amateurish, minium wage order takers. Anyway, my advice, DEFINITELY have a body expert look over the car upon delivery and have EVERY little nuance listed at the time of delivery. OR, just send the car back. Let Carvana have another fee for transportation of the vehicle incurred. Perhaps they will rethink what costs more; their many overlooked "inspection items," or the cost to transport the car back to a hub. This is my 2ND Carvana purchase so I expected MORE but got less! Glad I made some money on their recent stock short squeeze. Carvana is fit for acquisition by one of these other well run online companies so not to worry. Somone bigger will do it better, cheaper, and more efficiently after they buy Carvana's assets. VERY DISSAPOINTING. I expected more and got less. BUT...they have my money now. SO, they will no longer be interested in offering a remedy. SO, I have to tell you to search elsewhere. Go to a physical dealer so you can wrap your hands around a neck or try one of the bigger online players. They will be here some years from now. Sorry, Carvana. I expected more as a returning customer. More
Car experience was easy and nice. I didnt like the trial period being so short. Couldn't get in a dealership fast enough. Had a problem with the car right away. I didnt like the trial period being so short. Couldn't get in a dealership fast enough. Had a problem with the car right away. More

I purchased a 2017 Toyota Camry from Carvana in Jan of 2023. It was advertised as free shipping. When I was going over the contract I discovered I was charged for the $190 shipping fee and a $190 delivery 2023. It was advertised as free shipping. When I was going over the contract I discovered I was charged for the $190 shipping fee and a $190 delivery fee. I went online to resolve the situation and had proof of the advertised free shipping ( printed out copy of the screen shot of the advertisment showing the free shipping) even after sending them a copy of the proof they refused to refund the false charges. As we were talking I brought up the ad on my computer. During the time I was online with them (75 mins ) they altered the ad to add on shipping fees. Then they deleted it entirely. I believe they committed False Advertising and Fraud, both are crimes here in Wisconsin. Still I was refused a refund of the false charges. Along with this I found 2 other cases where they misrepresented verbally clauses that were in the final contract. The second $190 charge for delivery is optional, but no one will inform you of this. I would have picked up my car had I was aware of this. The depot for Carvana is only 3.8 miles from my home. Do not deal with Carvana. More
