A usable warranty would have been helpful. As well as responses from Carvana at time of service. Too late now for me to get free services or my 100,000 mile warranty documents so I can proceed before I get to the mileage

I called that exact number, who then connected me Silver Rock, your 3rd party warranty company. I submitted my claim with pictures of the wheels. I received an email back the next business day stating the repairs were within Carvana's Standards. All of this, mind you, within my trial period. My trial ended the next day.
