The car selection is great and the customer service is good but when it comes to their policies they're terrible. Things that should be fixed by them won't be and items that were litteraly in the sales ph good but when it comes to their policies they're terrible. Things that should be fixed by them won't be and items that were litteraly in the sales photos with the car weren't in the vehicle and they wouldn't replace the item or reimburse me. They told me they can't do anything. It also seems like they up their pricing on vehicle is comparison to the rest of the market. I will say it is nice that they do your registration for you, not having to deal with that hassle is nice. More

The online experience was great, location was good but the delivery was TERRIBLE the vehicle was FILTHY it smelled like a basement & or a dog & we were dismissed when we looked over the vehicle & noticed the delivery was TERRIBLE the vehicle was FILTHY it smelled like a basement & or a dog & we were dismissed when we looked over the vehicle & noticed damage to the back bumper! We were told we had to contact Silverrock to put in a claim for what we didn't cause the damage!!! I will say they did take the initiative to contact Silverrock & in turn they contacted me to get the claim and adjustments rolling. I am extremely disappointed that I purchased a vehicle in this state after all it was not for free! Now after less then a week I am without the vehicle I purchased hoping nothing else is or goes wrong with it! More

I had a good car buying experience with Carvana. The car had to be transported from out of state and the original delivery date was extended by a week. The on-site folks were amazing. The process was daunting. There was an IT issue, poorly communicated. I went and the car wasn’t even at the vending machine yet and my account not ready due to a technical glitch. It was an hour drive one-way, and I had my two young children with me. I asked for a delivery instead and that the delivery fee be waived, once the website glitch had been fixed, and it was denied. Not enough communication about next steps along the process. I won’t do this again but was too far along in the process to start over with another dealership. More
