It was a pleasure not dealing with Sales people. I got what I ordered and have been satisfied to this point. I enjoy the Web and shop on it at least once a day. I looking for another. Overall we were pleased with Carvana and my son loves his car but initially we weren’t confident. We were supposed to pick up the car on Sat. AM then received a text at 8 am that we needed to reschedule. Th car but initially we weren’t confident. We were supposed to pick up the car on Sat. AM then received a text at 8 am that we needed to reschedule. Then they called and explained the car was sent to the wrong HUB and the earliest we could get it was Tuesday. While driving there on Tues they called and said the AC wasn’t blowing cold but we could take to dealer. Also the vending machine wasn’t working so the car was parked outside so we didn’t get that neat experience either. So we picked up the car and went straight to dealer with a few other concerns. The warranty company told the dealer we would have to pay the $50 deductible so then I had to call Carvana and then called SilverRock to get the $50 waived. The parts weren’t available at the dealer so we took the car home and had to return it the following weekend so they could service it. Now the AC and windows are fixed. So they did pull through but we did experience some inconveniences along the way. More

I will likely never buy from anywhere else again! Carvana's financing and trade in estimation are fantastic! I got the high-end of the KBB trade-in value range for my trade. And because of again! My delivery started at 3:30pm and was completely finished by 4:15pm. It was fast and very easy. The overall process from shopping to purchasing online (with a trade in and financing) to delivery was infinitely easier than a brick & mortar dealership. More

This was our first time buying car online. This was the easiest buying experience I have ever had. When the car was delivered we tried to find every imperfection that was noted on the listing and honestly the imperfections were so small we struggled to find them. Looking to replace our other car in the next six months and will be using Carvana again for sure. More
