There are some issues that I'm going to have to have a jeep dealership look at. My automatic wipers don't work at all unless I switch them to manual mode. The power steering pump also whines continuously. There is also a small tear in the leather on the driver's seat that was not shown in the pictures or listed as a blemish. I considered returning the vehicle, but overall I enjoy it and would have a hard time finding what I got at the price I paid. Hopefully the short warranty offered by carvana will cover the mechanicals... We will see. More
I hate buying cars, I would rather donate an organ than go to a car dealership! From being pre-approved for an auto loan, to finding a great car in my own time, to trading in my car, having the new/used c go to a car dealership! From being pre-approved for an auto loan, to finding a great car in my own time, to trading in my car, having the new/used car delivered and finally exchanging that car for a different one, my entire car buying experience has been wonderful with Carvana. I had an issue with the title to the first car I purchased, but customer service was great about notifying me, very apologetic and as accommodating as they could be within the Massachusetts guidelines. The first car that was delivered had a couple of issues and I had to swap it out for a different one. Again customer service was excellent. My car was delivered on the day after Christmas by a wonderful young man who answered all of my questions and even assured me that if I needed to swap it out again I could do so. I have told everyone I know about how great my experience was and will continue recommending it. When I need to purchase another car Carvana will be go to. Never again will I worry about going to a car dealership!! More

I was skeptical when I first heard of Carvana, but color me impressed! I was pleasantly surprised with the "real-person" phone assistance. I did have to drive 4.5 hours to pick up my car (I live in the boonies) and thought it seemed a bit odd to meet in a Walmart parking lot, but it was legit! Great in-person customer service as well. Completing the purchase was quick and easy. I wish I remembered the name of the employee we met with in St. Cloud, MN...maybe Derek? He was great. Definitely recommend Carvana. Loving my Ford Edge! More
The car is beautiful and the Las Vegas team handled my car very well. Only reason for the minus one star is because its was rescheduled multiple times due to a suspension issue that wasn't found during th car very well. This was the most frustrating, disappointing poorly handled deal I have made. It took months to make it happen! Most if not all your claims were bogus, as in delivery fees and service! Multiple contacts with people that had no clue about the automobile business or customer service. Apparently a cash corporate buyer is not your market. I will never do business with CARVANA again and will advise all I know to beware and stay away! More
I decided to go through Carvana to purchase a vehicle because of their wide selection and the option to have the vehicle delivered to your house. I choose a 2018 Honda Civic LX, went through the simple process of purchasing it, signed the contract and got insurance for the vehicle. It was ordered on December 16th and was put in the contract that the vehicle would be delivered on Tuesday December 22nd at 3:30 pm. I eagerly awaited the arrival of my new car. Two hours before the vehicle was supposed to be delivered to my house I got several messages apologizing for the fact that the car had not arrived at the distribution center and that it would not be at my house on time. They let me know that the earliest the vehicle would be there would be the following Saturday, the 26th. I didn't appreciate such late notice since I had taken off work to receive the vehicle but I went ahead and accepted the unfortunate circumstance and re-signed the contract for the new delivery time. Two days later I get a call saying the vehicle had arrived at the facility but that it had damage that was not mentioned in the website. They mentioned damage to the front bumper, fenders, and a dent in the roof. They said that the car was going to the body shop and that the earliest delivery date would be Saturday January 2nd. Not trusting the fact that this "new" car that I was purchasing had to go to the body shop before I received it, I begrudgingly decided to choose a different vehicle. Even though I was pretty upset, I choose to give Carvana the benefit of the doubt and assume that this was just a fluke with it being the holidays and what not. The next vehicle I chose was a 2013 Mazda3. It was still not going to be delivered until January the 2nd but I was still pretty excited for it. This morning, December 31st, I got yet another call saying that my vehicle has been delayed yet again, this time till January 5th. Needless to say I was pissed. I was really relying on having a vehicle on the 22nd and now I'm slated to wait until January 5th. I called customer service to understand why this was happening and they gave me some reasons as well as compensation for the time I had taken off of work. $25 a day up to $250 that the car doesn't arrive. It will be 14 days since the first vehicle was supposed to arrive. Why would I deal with this when I could go to a normal dealership and get a car immediately? That is the question in my head right now and I'm starting to regret going to Carvana for purchasing a vehicle. So if anyone out there decides to use Carvana, be prepared to wait a lot longer then they say it is going to take. Based on my experience, they are incredibly unreliable. More
