My experience with Carvana was Great everything was taken care of and delivered on time. The persons that I have dealt with have been nice and straight up. What a great day—anticipating the car pulling up on the truck and then it happening! It worked out just like on TV. I put in my information, searched for the car, cost, mileage and color. Everything that w truck and then it happening! It worked out just like on TV. I put in my information, searched for the car, cost, mileage and color. Everything that was important to me was available before making the selection. The only thing I don’t understand was how the car could look more clean and vibrant then in the picture. I love my car. I had a good experience at Carvana. My car arrived a bit later than expected, but they were accommodating enough to let me come pick it up as soon as it arrived as I was in the midst of a big out-of-state m later than expected, but they were accommodating enough to let me come pick it up as soon as it arrived as I was in the midst of a big out-of-state move. The only trouble that I encountered was that my car was not as clean as I hoped. There were many nooks and crannies that were missed during the cleaning process and there were visible wax smudges across the car. I will need to spend extra money having the car detailed. Other that that, the service was good. More

The ease of buying a car here was great. The only issue l have, is the fact that the key l got with my vehicle was the valet key. Nothing more. And in order for me to get another key made, it is going to co have, is the fact that the key l got with my vehicle was the valet key. Nothing more. And in order for me to get another key made, it is going to cost me over $100 . I’m just alittle miffed over this. But l have yet to talk to an Advocate about this matter. I was hesitant to buy a vehicle online but I went for it! At first, I was so impressed with the service and timely text and emails updating me on the process of the purchase. With this begin said, within the 7-days I called and expressed my disappointment is a few areas. I was told one thing and something different was/wasn't done. I was boosting about CARVANA to anyone and everyone but now I'm NOT!!! I paid cash for my vehicle and I'm so heartbroken, frustrated, irritated and down right disappointed! because I used my savings to pay cash. First issue; the vehicle was dirty and I called about this and was told CARVANA would send me a payment to have the vehicle detailed and still no payment! Second issue; I knew the vehicle had a couple of dings but upon looking at it better after I paid to have the car detailed. I noticed there was additional dings, yellow paint on some areas that was not visible right away. There was damage to 2 rims that was not notated as well as the dings, paint, scratches on the driver side mirror and a few dents. I sent over 40 pictures to CARVANA and was told they got approval to fix everything but then I received an email from Silver Rock Warranty only for the paint. When I called CARVANA in the beginning, I felt like they was there to help and make things right. I even stated because I paid cash that they could just give back a small credit because the issues but was reassured that they would fix all the issues that was not notated online. Of course, I have passed the 7-day return, exchange or refund. Also, I have now passed the 30 days warranty. So, now I feel really messed over. I don't have any Idea who, where, when and what..... to call, address and vent my issues to get this resolve correctly. SO FUSTRATED and HEARTBROKEN!!!!! I would like for CARVANA to make this issue right and have a PERSON call me back. More
I sold my 2013 Lexus RX 350 to Carvana last week, and the process was seamless. They offered me $4,000 more than Lexus, CarMax, Autotrader, and Vroom, and I was paid the amount my vehicle was appraised onlin process was seamless. They offered me $4,000 more than Lexus, CarMax, Autotrader, and Vroom, and I was paid the amount my vehicle was appraised online. A lot of that had to do with my vehicle being in excellent condition and as described during the appraisal process, so I recommend being completely transparent. After I met with the representative locally, I signed over my title, signed their documents, and the vehicle was inspected. I received an instant deposit to my debit card, which was immediately available in my checking account. I even verified this in person with Chase Bank immediately after my sale. I had various representatives call, email, and text me. Everyone was easy to work with an informative as I was very cautious about selling a vehicle to their company. At first it sounded too good to be true, but it really was a legitimate and easy process. I'd highly recommend Carvana based on my experience, and I'd consider selling a vehicle to their company in the future. More
This is my 3rd purchase since 5/12/2020. It is totally awesome buying at Carvana. All your delivery staff and those on the phone are wonderful!
