My experience with the buying process has been absolutely fantastic. Even with the choices provided with the online filters being some what "here it is". But navigating has been an ease compared to a sales r fantastic. Even with the choices provided with the online filters being some what "here it is". But navigating has been an ease compared to a sales representative telling you "This is what you are looking for". The online experience was neat and nifty. I did change my mind on the car i wanted after doing my own research on the vehicles shown. But the cars did provide a carfax report AND an actual person did answer questions i had (even if automated at first). Also with a 7 day "trial" i have to say this has been an awesome experience. I will use carvana on my next purchase. I didnt have my phone ringing all the time or countless emails to buy the car. I was able to take my time and not pressured to make the purchase. I was able to make my selection and purchase on my time. Oh and the delivery process was amazing. My nephews and i were impressed. (Me with seeing the car, my nephews seeing the truck delivering with the bed completely lit up. Presentation was fantastic). More
First, delivery was delayed by a week because of a battery. It takes less than five minutes to change a battery. It was rescheduled for Saturday at 8:30am. At 9am, I received a call that they were running late due to an employee no-show. I get it, that happens, but you should let the customer know that you’ll be late BEFORE you’re actually late. Finally, a week and 2.5 hours after the scheduled time, the car showed up and all was well. Two stars because the people I actually talked to were very friendly and professional. More

Horrible service for damaged car delivered. My Audi was damaged in transport, rear passenger door... it was noted right away.. the car never had body work done prior to delivery... I took the car to a silv damaged in transport, rear passenger door... it was noted right away.. the car never had body work done prior to delivery... I took the car to a silver rock approved auto facility... silver rock will only authorize the auto body shop to put bindi on the door.. the correct way to repair the door is to have a new skin on it... not use bondo to fill it in. I didn’t by the car with filler in the body.. I want the repair to be done the right way... not some some shorty repair... very disappointed.... all silver rock does is read back some BS statement that’s in the service contract... bottom like is I didn’t pay for a car in that condition and it should be restored to the condition I bought it in. I will most likely take legal action and not recommend Carvana to anyone More
