I "ordered" my car in February, 2023. The delivery date was supposed to be February 28th. It was rescheduled to March 3rd, then March 6th. then March 8th @ 12 noon, then March 8th @ 10:00 The delivery date was supposed to be February 28th. I got a ride to the designated location to pick up my car to be told that they were "running a little behind". Two hours later I was informed that the title was never signed off by the previous owner. They were kind enough to spring for an Uber home, however I was promised a call at some point today. I never heard so I reached out several times and no one answered. I called the main customer service number, and they showed no record of the events. At this point I am afraid I have made a grave mistake in purchasing a car through Carvana. More

I went and the car wasn’t even at the vending machine yet and my account not ready due to a technical glitch. It was an hour drive one-way, and I had my two young children with me. I asked for a delivery instead and that the delivery fee be waived, once the website glitch had been fixed, and it was denied. Not enough communication about next steps along the process. I won’t do this again but was too far along in the process to start over with another dealership. More
I had a good car buying experience with Carvana. The car had to be transported from out of state and the original delivery date was extended by a week. car was a week late due to their error. Was told to gave everything in my Friday at 5pm for a delivery on Saturday at 11. Got the car a week later, and the front passenger side had floor mats, no where else had them. Had to go to my local Toyota dealer to buy floor mats. Side note after purchasing the car, you are given 7 days to return, that seven days according to the system was calculated using my previous delivery date, giving me a 3 days to actually make a decision. Maybe this was an isolated incident buy it didn't make me want to run tell the world about Carvana More

This was my second purchase thru carvana, first was ok, but the delivery of the second car was awful, car was delivered dirty, inside and out, dashboard, panels covered in greasy spots, front windows and w but the delivery of the second car was awful, car was delivered dirty, inside and out, dashboard, panels covered in greasy spots, front windows and windshield were sticky with stickers residue, the guy that delivered the car told me that it had been washed earlier but he clearly lied. I kept the car because i wanted this model and mileage was great, but totally disappointing purchase compared to my first carvana experience , first was delivered to my house, but the second was at your location in san antonio, someone needs to correct this, i don’t know if a future purchase with carvana would be my first option anymore.
