The online experience was great, location was good but the delivery was TERRIBLE the vehicle was FILTHY it smelled like a basement & or a dog & we were dismissed when we looked over the vehicle & noticed the delivery was TERRIBLE the vehicle was FILTHY it smelled like a basement & or a dog & we were dismissed when we looked over the vehicle & noticed damage to the back bumper! We were told we had to contact Silverrock to put in a claim for what we didn't cause the damage!!! I will say they did take the initiative to contact Silverrock & in turn they contacted me to get the claim and adjustments rolling. I am extremely disappointed that I purchased a vehicle in this state after all it was not for free! Now after less then a week I am without the vehicle I purchased hoping nothing else is or goes wrong with it! More
I "ordered" my car in February, 2023. The delivery date was supposed to be February 28th. It was rescheduled to March 3rd, then March 6th. then March 8th @ 12 noon, then March 8th @ 10:00 The delivery date was supposed to be February 28th. It was rescheduled to March 3rd, then March 6th. then March 8th @ 12 noon, then March 8th @ 10:00 am (without consulting me). I got a ride to the designated location to pick up my car to be told that they were "running a little behind". Two hours later I was informed that the title was never signed off by the previous owner. They were kind enough to spring for an Uber home, however I was promised a call at some point today. I never heard so I reached out several times and no one answered. I called the main customer service number, and they showed no record of the events. At this point I am afraid I have made a grave mistake in purchasing a car through Carvana. More

I went and the car wasn’t even at the vending machine yet and my account not ready due to a technical glitch. It was an hour drive one-way, and I had my two young children with me. I asked for a delivery instead and that the delivery fee be waived, once the website glitch had been fixed, and it was denied. Not enough communication about next steps along the process. I won’t do this again but was too far along in the process to start over with another dealership. More
