The car selection is great and the customer service is good but when it comes to their policies they're terrible. Things that should be fixed by them won't be and items that were litteraly in the sales ph good but when it comes to their policies they're terrible. Things that should be fixed by them won't be and items that were litteraly in the sales photos with the car weren't in the vehicle and they wouldn't replace the item or reimburse me. They told me they can't do anything. It also seems like they up their pricing on vehicle is comparison to the rest of the market. I will say it is nice that they do your registration for you, not having to deal with that hassle is nice. More

I would have thought that this would have been caught and dealt with pre-purchase, Instead I am facing a warranty claim, a deductible, and inconvenience I shouldn’t be facing for the premium price I paid, if the warranty would even cover the repair. More
