I attempted to reach Carvana about the situation and that was even worse. The employee that I was working with was doing a tit for tat argument with me and refusing to even listen to me. The rep fell back on technicalities repeatedly and when I asked to speak to a manager, the management used the rep as a puppet and made all communication go through the rep and refused to speak to me directly. That is a terrible practice right there. And If my manager did that to my customers I would fire them without a second thought. Nobody at any point tried to reach out to the mechanic and verify my information. Instead they leaned into the fact that he didn't document his work. And then they tried to make it all my fault. If you trust your network mechanics so much then why will you not call him and verify my situation? Additionally, I filed a claim for body damage that was completely ignored. The very day I picked up the vehicle I complained. Never heard a word. I want my car to be fixed to the condition it was promised to be delivered to me. I ask nothing more, nothing less. I have 1700 miles on it. And I have driven it for 1 week total in the entire time I have owned it.
