STAY AWAY FROM CARVANA! If i could leave 0/5 i would. They sent me a car that after only driving half a mile over heated and was no longer drivable. Their advocates are terrible to work with, and dont care about their customers, just their business. Its over a week later, and i still dont have by deposit back, or a car. I have had to call carvana over 15times and still no resolution. Cars? terrible. Customer service? horrible. Dealership as a whole? a living xxxx to work with. More
Pretty good experience. Everything was online with just a few on the phone conversations. Easy to finance and see options. Had to exchange the first vehicle I chose and that went well with just a call that took about 10 minutes or less. Overall I highly recommend. Prices are a little higher than you might find at a dealership but you deal with so much less hassle it’s worth it. More

After looking for a while in my area, I found a great deal online with Carvana. It came exactly as advertised. The on line requirements for purchasing a vehicle from Carvana were difficult for me. Very frustrating. I was forced to call the home office on four occasions. Did not provide state inspection report. Removed antenna for some reason then lost. Delivery was rescheduled at least 4 times. This is the 2nd car I've purchased through carvana. It is still the most convenient car buying experience. This time around was a little disappointing. The vehicle was not washed on arrival. It looked as if they drove it in and just handed me the keys. I felt the things I took it in to the Shop to repair should have been addressed before handing me the vehicle. That part was not convenient. But im glad they agreed to pay for the issues. More
Much more damage to the vehicle than was shown in pictures online. They will not cover all repairs of body damage, but they will repair some of it (and cover rental). My car was delivered with a single key that had almost no battery life, when I was supposed to receive 2 keys. They did cover a replacement, but it doesn’t make sense why they would send a vehicle with one key that was almost dead. A very easy thing for them to fix and a very inconvenient thing for a parent of twin toddlers to accomplish. More
