This was the worst experience I have had buying a car. They did not list cosmetic issues the car had. When I told them that there were noticeable areas of chipped paint they told me to file a claim with They did not list cosmetic issues the car had. They turned around and denied the claim starting that was acceptable wear and tear. I called Carvana and told them it will cost me about $500 to repair and their response was well you can give back the car (since I was within the first 7 days). But they did not have anything else comparable. They refused to do anything about this even though they misrepresented the cosmetic issues due to not listing it on the site. I will never buy a car from them in the future. More

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! !!! I purchased a car but never took delivery. They lie, they don't care about selling a vehicle, it's nearly impossible talking to a human, very long !!! They lie, they don't care about selling a vehicle, it's nearly impossible talking to a human, very long wait time's, poor attitude, the worst customer service ever, they didn't look at documents that I uploaded at their request. Then send me emails that I have incomplete task and both time's gave me less than 4 hours to upload AGAIN or loose the vehicle so i log into my account and it shows all task complete. After spending 30 minutes on hold I'm told the documents i had previously uploaded they didn't have time to review them. The next day same thing but this time I received an email with a 3 hour window. If I didn't complete task before 6 p.m. I would have to start the purchase process over. It was after 6 p.m. before I got off work and seen the email's. Again nearly 30 minutes on the phone to speak to a rep and she tells me that she can see the documents I sent the previous day but since they didn't have time to review them and it was after the 6 p.m. cut off I had to start the purchase over. So they had the documents for nearly 24 hours but because they didn't review them I had to be inconvenienced further and start the purchase again. After that I declined to purchase the vehicle, I called and canceled the insurance policy that I had already purchased for the vehicle. If I live to be 100 I will spend every spare breath telling people what a poor excuse for a company Carvana actually is. I'm shocked they are still in business. I talked to no less than 5 different customer service reps and not one had a clue on what customer service means.STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! More

This place is an absolute joke. I spent $30,000 on a vehicle that supposedly Carvana certified means they change the oil to check all the fluids 150 point inspection they buffed the I spent $30,000 on a vehicle that supposedly Carvana certified means they change the oil to check all the fluids 150 point inspection they buffed the paint well the hood is scratched everywhere and on the sides of the doors. None of that was indicated in there add the oil was never changed, and it only shows 55% oil life left the coolant Overflow tank was empty the tires don’t even reach Abe Lincoln’s head they said they replaced or fix those in the 150 point inspection. All they do is lie want you to file a thing so they’re extended warranty program they have which doesn’t cover any of the said Things are listed above. I didn’t want to give me any money back. More
