I did reach out to your company and was told to bad they did not include the damages in the initial photos and if I am unhappy I could simply return the vehicle. What a very poor response to your company's error and the unwillingness to resolve or take care of this has left me coming out of pocket to resolve. Will never do business with this company in the future.

Your advocates are part of the problem. I talked to numerous advocates previously, and their customer service skills are awful. You underwriters failed to do their job. I literally had documents that had been uploaded for nearly 24 hours to Carvana that not one person from Carvana looked at. Your apologies are worthless. Carvana wasted many hours of my time that i can never have returned to me. I did everything Carvana asked of me yet your employee's didn't do their job so my purchase timed out and im told to "just buy the car again". As far as im concerned every person at Carvana that currently has a management level position should be terminated immediately, employee's trained in customer service, and an automated system implemented that automatically asigns an underwriter to each purchase and all documents are sent to that underwriter. Poor excuse for a company and i will continue to shout this from the top of lungs for year's to come.
