I purchased 2 cars from Carvana in two years. Each was a terrific experience. I would never go to a dealer and start the entire bargaining torcher. Carvana is absolutely horrible. If you need a car in a reasonable amount of time do not use them. My husband is in the process of trying to buy a car from them he is in the military currently stationed in reasonable amount of time do not use them. My husband is in the process of trying to buy a car from them he is in the military currently stationed in Washington...they told him they could register the car in Washington(his permanent address is in Virginia)....then they called back a weeks later and said they had to register it in Virginia and it would take another week before they could ship it. Anyone would be much better off buying from a dealership. They charged him $600 to ship it and they told him it’d take 5-15 days before they’d be able to find a third party to ship it(and that was before the headache of them messing up the registration twice). More

It literally was the easiest process I have ever dealt with and coming from someone who also has a lease for my wife. We s looking to purchase a car. We spent almost an entire day at the dealership dealing with everything and when I was filling on Carvana’s application I just kept clicking next and next and I was already at the end. I turned to my wife and said “I think I’m getting a car”. That’s how easy it is. Also with customer service, the lady on the phone that called to verify was literally the nicest person and she even helped me call my insurance on 3way to get everything squared with them. Delivery was awesome as well since the guy was nice and very informative. I will forever use Carvana. I love my car and the experience was the best. More

This was a very easy car buying experience. From start to finish it was straightforward and stress free. The vehicle was decently clean, not quite detailed I would say but acceptable. Your business model is excellent! Excellent people, process, etc. My wife and I had one disappointment: Our deliverable date was moved based on a credit verification issue. Our disappointment wasn't that the date was moved until the issue was resolved (we put a fraud alert on our account so it wasn't easily accessed) but that the date was moved without giving us a timely chance to correct it. A more timely notice of the issue (we received an email that we didn't read until the next day - with a looming deadline, a phone call would have been more appropriate) could have avoided this issue. I was in Sales (a corporate bank lender) so I understand the importance of "Expectation Management". Hopefully, this "bug" can be furthered smoothed out in an overall seamless process. More

Everything was kosher when I started out with Carvana’s as my lender. However, when I found a better deal with my credit union, everything became hectic at best. Therefore, there’s adequate need for correcting customer service when a third party lender is involved. Also, expedited purchase of the trade -in vehicle can stand to be just as prompt as the required payment for the purchased auto. Once I got past that conundrum it was smooth sailing. If I didn’t have the aforementioned experiences I’d give the whole ordeal 5 stars. Additionally, I do love the 100 day warranty for used cars. It alleviates buyer apprehension when purchasing a used car. More
