While we are glad to hear you enjoyed the initial process, it is disheartened to hear about the issues you are experiencing with your new-to-you vehicle. We have high standards and a part of these standards is no reported accidents. We also check to ensure the vehicle does not have fire, flood, and frame damage. The last thing we would ever want to do is deliver a vehicle that does not meet this standard. Currently, we notate imperfections that fall outside of our standards and anything additional is considered to be regular wear for a used vehicle. However, it sounds like these additional imperfections were a bit more severe than our usual standards and for that we are sincerely sorry. Yes, I contacted you. While the matter was discussed, it was in no way resolved. CARVANA REPRESENTATIVE "Alright I do apologize for the delay. I did speak with the team, and because this was not mentioned by our 'FIELD ADVOCATE' and it is now outside of the 7 day money back guarantee, our after-sale repair team would not be able to review this further. Again, I do sincerely apologize for this experience, Brooke." So as I said. Make sure you get your car inspected ASAP, and apparently that you report any problems to multuple Carvana employees to make sure it's "mentioned" to the right people, since your field advocate is probably busy dropping off other surprise damaged vehicles that are not the vehicle you looked at when you did your 360 TOUR online, and while they say they'll let someone know, they wont. Then you'll be stuck and non-existent to carvana because they've already got your money. 💰
