I recently purchased a used vehicle, and traded in my current vehicle. It was so easy to use, and prices were comparable to similar cars for sale at dealers in my area. Would definitely recommend! The process was smooth at first, and most everyone was friendly. I got a couple of cars I wasn't happy with, because finding the one I wanted was tough. One finally became available, and I got it. The vehicle seems to be sound mechanically, but has clearly been in a fender bender, and hastily/poorly repaired. It was also in clear need of an alignment.This was clearly visible to anyone with eyes, but it passed their inspection process. I would have seen this right away, but my delivery driver was 3 hours late, and it was dark and rainy. I was informed that since this was my 3rd car( I was only told this after that), if I returned it, I could not get another, or do business with them for 6 months. I decided to keep it after speaking with a rep from Carvana. I should have given it back. I was immediately shoved off on Silver Rock, the warranty company. I have had to make appointment after appointment to get it looked at. The estimate is $2000, which took me some complaining to get them to pay. I have to pay for the rental up front, and out of pocket, and be reimbursed by cashiers check at a later date. I have never had to do that in the past. The warranty company has always handled the rental. They did get me a discounted rate, but I am still looking at $400 up front, and out of my pocket. Luckily, I can pay it. A lot of people might not be in that situation. Do yourself a favor, and go elsewhere. What initially started out ok, has turned quickly into a nightmare. Most people think it's enough for them to fix something that the you shouldn't have missed in the first place, but I don't. These companies act like we have all the time in the world to deal with these things. I worked the last 17 days in a row, and definitely don't. I am not being compensated for the hours on the phone waiting to speak/speaking with someone, and driving to and from the repair centers for estimates(25 miles away). I wouldn't recommend them to anyone after all this. More
