The point is that the damage should have been caught, and repaired or listed on the site. Neither was done. I have talked to at least 30 Carvana reps, and 10 from Silverrock. I am now having to pay for a rental, because you guys sold me a car that wasn't in the condition it was listed in, and then just pawned me off on the warranty company. I have wasted hours of my time, which you won't compensate me for. It's not enough that you fix it, it should have never gotten to me in that shape. Either your inspection process is flawed, or you issues with employees, or both. I hate when you guy act like you care, but you don't. As of now, my car will be 10 days in the shop, and I will have to spend money on a rental, because SilverRock is just about as terrible as you guys. Until you guys make this right, I will make it my mission to steer as much business away from you as I can. Unfortunately, like most huge companies, I'm sure you don't care in the slightest.
