Everything went well except that the vehicle didn’t have a spare tire or floor mats. The floor mats were pictured in the photographs, but never came with the vehicle. I’ve used Carvana for my last 2 car purchases. Very informative and if there’s any kind of problem they keep you up to date no matter the hour and I love that. Very personable. I'm very grateful for the help of Carvana in not only buying a new vehicle but also making selling a lease as easy as possible. Carvana's customer service efforts are outstanding - I've never had not one question that didn't get a solid answer. This was the first time ever that I haven't experienced some sort of anxiety related to car buying. I'm so pleased with my new car. If there's any complaint to be had, it's that the car's seats didn't appear to be shampooed because I have visible stains that weren't noted in the pictures. For what it's worth, though, it's a fair trade off for the experience I got with Carvana! More
