Not happy that my car was not delivered on time. It was scheduled a month in advance. That is more than enough time to get it where it needs to be. And to be notified the day before that is was delayed was scheduled a month in advance. That is more than enough time to get it where it needs to be. And to be notified the day before that is was delayed was disappointing. My old car was being sold the day after it was supposed to be scheduled so I was without a car for a week. No one seemed to care. Imagine if you didn’t have a car for a week and how unhappy that would be. More

Unfortunately my purchase was delayed 5-6 times taking over a month to receive. I understand weather in the south was a factor for some of it, but there were a few other times, I received very short noti over a month to receive. It was kind of frustrating because we altered work schedules to be home for delivery (I was also trading in a vehicle) The reasons were, flat tire, and damage in transport to either the rim or the tire. It was unfortunate because I was paying for insurance on the car for a month before I received it. Carvana's customer service was very apologetic, and all of the employees I spoke to and dealt with in person were great! I understand some circumstances were out of their control. I would still purchase from them again, because I feel this situation was just one of those things and the chances would be slim it happening again. More

Generously giving these 2 stars only because the selection/ purchase process was actually very easy, and people I did speak with were very polite. Took 4+ weeks for delivery. Delivery ultimately scheduled 3 times. Not saying that some reasons for the delays weren't valid on their side, but I waited 2 weeks for my first delivery and wasn't alerted that it wouldn't be here until the day before it was set to arrive... to contextualize that, it still hadn't left its original facility in Arizona on the day it was to be arriving in Maryland. Why didn't the (text msg, mind you) alert come in a 'week' before, instead of the *day* before? The lack of a dedicated point of contact is a problem... there is no apparent individual purchase manager, no one person monitoring the sale or delivery. So, while I appreciate the peppy upbeat customer service speak, it falls short as, at customer service level 1, no one has any real answers to your questions. You have to get to a team leader before anyone can make any real decisions or provide real information. The process would be great if you have zero issues or never need to speak to someone, but if you do, good luck, enjoy the 7 repeating songs while you're on hold long enough to hear each several times. Acknowledging the above were relatively manageable annoyances, I ultimately returned the vehicle because it had 51 (literally) codes show up when I had it reviewed by my auto shop. Most minor, but two related to the transmission... no thanks, I'll pass on potential transmission issues. Brakes not operating properly, oddly uneven wear, my mechanic felt they should not have passed state inspection. A fender had been repainted... not a biggie, but... what happened there? That wasn't listed on the website... While I don't question their intent to do good work, their system/ structure to deliver as promised just isn't there yet. They'll get there, but I'd give it a couple years yet. More
