Only complaint when recieved the car rotors were bad and needed replacing and they refused because they were within the legal thickness and this was within 7 day trial. Don't believe the pictures posted of the cars they sell. They dont show inperfections or defects to the automoble in honesty. They delivered my car and there is a dent in the hood and the windsheild is al They dont show inperfections or defects to the automoble in honesty. They delivered my car and there is a dent in the hood and the windsheild is all pitted from rocks, the front of the car is also got a massive amount of chips in the paint. this was never told in the pictures. They only showed a small section on the hood with chips. On the interior of the car is in great shape except for the infotament screen that is delaminatiing and will need replaced that was never told about either. I bought a 2017 Lincolin with 18,000 miles thru Carvana 2 years ago and it was flawless. It was a great experience. I bought this 2018 300c with 47,000 miles and expected the same. DIDN'T HAPPEN. Yes I could have returned it but really liked the car and they are hard to find optioned like this one. so I decided to keep it. But never again will i buy from Carvana... They don't seem to be to truthfull about there automobiles. And I will absolutly not recommend them to anyone. More

Car came within a day of the expected delivery date, had some problems but silverrock was great and covered all of the work that needed to be done. It was a very easy process the only bad part was that there were way more scratches on our truck than were disclosed In The advertisement.
