Thank you. It has been a week and a half and no vehicle yet and I will have no trial period due to this. I suffered a major motor vehicle accident and this car was the replacement. And the car is still at a garage. Silver Rock states they have my parts and the approvals. The local garage stated the repair would be finished Tuesday and now states three more days and they will call me. I have had to spend a fortune paying for alternative transportation. A disaster. All I needed was a reliable used car. My first experience with Carvana in 2019 was fantastic so I didn’t hesitate to use it again. It’s very unfortunate.
