While I appreciate the ease of car buying experience from Carvana, I was really disappointed in the care taken in the advertisement and state of the vehicle upon delivery. The Jeep we ordered was advertised as having a dual top group, but did not come with the soft top. The carvana customer service team member defaulted to the disclaimer about “removable accessories” and not being able to do anything about it. It’s a very expensive part, upwards of $800 to buy new, and should not have been advertised or factored into the price of the car if it didn’t exist. Don’t just default to the sticker the car originally had. Do your due diligence. Also, someone did not install the hard top correctly and the car was soaked with water that leaked inside upon pickup. A $100 check was issued for detailing but detailing costs $250+ and doesn’t cover it. I did appreciate after finding the all weather mats weren’t in the vehicle and some cheap dollar general ones were slapped in the trunk as replacements, that weather tech mats would be provided free of charge. This will sadly be my last purchase from carvana. Do better… More

Car had dents and scratches that weren’t in pictures; they only offered to fix one of them and at Maaco which is probably the worst quality body shop in the country. I’d rather pay to fix it properly. Car was way overpriced for what I ultimately got. Would never go to Carvana ever again. Please if you’re thinking “maybe it was just him” … find all the other bad reviews from a ton of other people online. Do yourself a favor and avoid Carvana. More

On 04/04/23 my new to me 2015 Chevy Silverado 1500 (32k Miles) was delivered to me and my 2019 Jeep Cherokee trade in was taken. I did the process all between my computer and the Carvana app. For about 5 d Miles) was delivered to me and my 2019 Jeep Cherokee trade in was taken. I did the process all between my computer and the Carvana app. For about 5 days prior to the purchase I had put the truck on "hold" via the application process to give me ample time to do my research on my new Truck and on Carvana. Once I was confident on purchasing the truck I submitted all the required paper work and got a little hiccup. I live in Oklahoma and my trade in's Title is a And/or with mine and my ex wife name on it. Normally this would not be an issue as in my State either party can sell the vehicle, but Carvana requires both parties. Initially I cancelled the order as I was not sure if I could get my ex wife to attend the trade in process to sign over the title and have her submit her ID to Carvana on the application for the trade in. After some texts to my ex wife the next day, she agreed to come and sent me pictures of her ID. So on 04/01/23 I submitted the order again for the truck and it was delivered on Tuesday. The delivery driver called me on day of delivery and verified all that needed to be verified and said they would be here in 30 mins. Once they arrived they allowed me a test drive and than we signed some papers. The whole process of paper work was done in less than 10 mins. On 04/08/23 I took the truck in for a PPI at my local Chevy Dealership and after the inspection they informed me the Truck was immaculate! The day after my 7 day trial period ended I got the notification stating that my registration process has begun. Today (04/13/23) I got a text from Carvana saying my registration paperwork was being sent by Fedex with a delivery estimate of tomorrow (04/14/23). All and all it's been a pretty pleasant and quick process. I did sign up for the 60mo/100k Engine and Powertrain warranty since these 14-18 Silverado's are known for some transmission issues. Just wanted to throw my positive experience out there for anyone doing there research on the experience, at least with Carvana in Oklahoma City. More
My experience with Carvana has been great so far. I went with them based on a recommendation from my daughter-in-law's parents and was not disappointed. I found just the car. I wanted. All the costs I went with them based on a recommendation from my daughter-in-law's parents and was not disappointed. I found just the car. I wanted. All the costs were clearly spelled out before committing to the purchase. The delivery went off without problems and the car seems to exactly as advertised. More
ABSOLUTELY DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH CARVANA. THEY ARE THE BIGGEST B*!! $HIT CAR DEALERS YOU WILL EVER DEAL WITH!! I went on a limb and ordered a vehicle from them March 25th. They scheduled THEY ARE THE BIGGEST B*!! $HIT CAR DEALERS YOU WILL EVER DEAL WITH!! I went on a limb and ordered a vehicle from them March 25th. They scheduled a pickup date of April 5th. Since then they have had Unforeseen Circumstances witch pushed my delivery date to April 17th. When I pushed them on it, letting them know that I wouldn't be in the state on April 17th, they (on a third phone call) moved it to April 14th. Today I got an email about unforeseen circumstances again pushing the delivery to April 17th. Now I am unable to pick up until April 21st. They make you pay a $1,990 transport fee which is non refundable. If I cancel (which I should) I am out that $1,990 for a vehicle that cannot get transported anywhere on time. They don't care about your time and are not convenient. More
The process in theory is excellent when it functions as designed. For me, it functioned mostly flawless. I found a very low mileage car, verified the carfax, the price was very fair, my final terms were ex designed. For me, it functioned mostly flawless. I found a very low mileage car, verified the carfax, the price was very fair, my final terms were exactly what I was prequalified for, the car arrived at the vending machine the afternoon prior to my pick up date and I took delivery the next day at my assigned time after testing the car and reviewing documents. I had to take one additional step to verify my income. I’m lucky enough to have a higher than average income so I just had to call a rep to help read through my pay stubs and ensure that this is my actually normal income not a bonus or special incentive. I say the key to avoiding those horror stories start with finding the right vehicle. Not the cheapest one with fairly high miles or no verified service from the carfax. Don’t wait for them to call or verify documents. Call them and offer to help verify or provide additional info and they should be able to confirm your delivery right on the spot. Don’t inflate your income. Only provide what you can EASILY prove. Make sure you have the down payment funds. Lastly, have your proof of insurance or the quote ready to go when you apply so you can upload it quickly. I guess I’m one of the lucky ones and it worked out perfect. Just left the BMW dealer for the cars second annual service and they gave it an exceptional condition report. It only has 5k miles so that goes back to picking the right car. I could’ve saved $10k by going with a model with 40k miles but I wanted the security of the low mileage, factory warranty and factory maintenance plan still remaining for another 18 months or 45k miles.
