Overall pretty terrible experience. Took about a month and a half to receive my car. Already made a whole payment on it before even recieving it. Shipment was delayed about 7 times and Took about a month and a half to receive my car. Already made a whole payment on it before even recieving it. Shipment was delayed about 7 times and barely willing to work with me around my schedule to deliver the car. Car came damaged, originally shipment was delayed to fix it, and it was just sent to me again a month later still damaged. Wasted an entire month. Offered to repair it but the shop they ‘approved’ is an hour away from me. Can’t afford to drive there, or get it delivered there and have it sit for probably 3 days. Car had a lot more imperfections than what was pictures, including dings, scratches, missing trim, fading clear coat, and more. More

I have never bought a car by myself and everybody I talked with, was so helpful. Even after I had the car in less than a week, major repairs are needed, and they walk me through the steps on how to co talked with, was so helpful. The process literally could not have been easier! I ordered a car on my phone in about 20 minute’s time. The delivery was a piece of cake and the young guy who came, Cole, was an angel. The purchasing process was very easy however the car was very dirty and had an outstanding recall on it when it was delivered. I talked with someone from Carvana but they didn't seem to care about my issues very dirty and had an outstanding recall on it when it was delivered. I would still recommend them though as their price was competitive and we are happy with the vehicle despite having to address those concerns. More

This is my second time using Carvana. First time it took them over a month to get the car to me. This second time, the car was supposed to have gone through a 150-point inspection. Received the car on a rainy day so I couldn't see the body till it stopped raining. The body has about 40 more bad spots on it then they even showed in the pictures. The rotors are shot, and pads were original (this is a 2018) all around. I had to put over $500 into the rotors and pads just so I could drive it.I asked them if they would reimburse us since we will have to do the work ourselves, that was a no. It also has a noise when pulling off. I couldn't return it due to leaving on vacation a day after I received the vehicle, and you only have 400 miles to return it. I don't think I would purchase through Carvana again after this purchase. More
