The “new policy” stating that if you decide to return your car within the 7-day period you do not get your traded car back is horrible. I was completely distressed when I was surprised with this information. It was not disclosed to me in my documents or at any time during the process until I was at the dealership. If I had known about this “new policy” I probably would not have moved forward. Terrible move on Carvana’s part and shady to say the least that this information is not disclosed until the last minute.

I tried to get all issues resolved through your “dedicated advocates.” The only response from every single representative was the stock answer from their pre-approved telephone script - “We’re sorry, but mechanical issues must be covered through our warranty department,” which carries a $100 per episode deductible at an in-network service center over 50 miles away, or $350 at a local, convenient service center. You sold, shipped, and delivered a car to me that needed work before I could even test drive it. I trusted your advertised 150-point inspection, which covered the problems we incurred, but your inspector was obviously on vacation the week my car came through. The car was not as advertised, and Carvana did nothing to ensure the buyer was covered and satisfied. I have taken care of the issues and now have a car I am pleased with, but Carvana was of no use as an advocate for their buyers. Caveat emptor.

Unfortunately I’ve reached out twice now about the missing soft top in particular, which is my biggest complaint. It keeps being defaulted to the disclaimer about removable accessories and have been told nothing can be done. The soft top is categorized as body parts under Jeep’s website, not an accessory. To me this is a functionality component, not just an “accessory.” Let me know if there is someone in particular I should be reaching out to otherwise.

So now, the one redeeming point I made was that Carvana offered to send new floor mats (specifically was told Weathertech). Well those just arrived and they’re slightly better dollar general mats, definitely not Weathertech. Gee thanks.
