My experience was actually struggle. It took about a month to get a car.. my bank was an issue so that two about two weeks to figure out. Then the car I bought the first time the check engine light came on the day I was picking it up. I went in to cancel the order and the gentlemen on the phone was patient and kind and helped me find a different vehicle. I was ready to go elsewhere. Whoever he was, deserves a raise. I received this vehicle without any issues, and after a week I can say I do love it. The gentleman that saved the purchase truly deserves a raise and a reward, because I was extremely frustrated and he heard my feelings, helped me find a car, and honored my wishes. And now I love it. I’m 50/50 if I would recommend Carvana. The reviews and all over the internet say NOT to use Carvana but I was trying to trust the process. I do love the car now but after a month and two cars of struggle, it was more challenging than I was ready for. More

If I could leave 0 stars I would, not only was my car delayed with no reasoning behind it, I had to borrow a vehicle as my old one was already sold.. drove 800 miles round trip to pick up and turns out t delayed with no reasoning behind it, I had to borrow a vehicle as my old one was already sold.. drove 800 miles round trip to pick up and turns out the engine needed to be replaced, new struts, new engine mount, new belts, new washer fluid tubing, and new thermostat . The check engine light came on two days after I got home.. when talking to a rep there was no remorse, basically told me xxxx happens and I had to drive another 800 mile round trip to exchange the car while 8 months pregnant and with a toddler. New car runs great, miles were 5,000 more than the listing supposedly it was noted on the account in case their is a warranty issue but I won’t hold my breath. The seats were soaking wet and it stunk like chemicals so bad my fiancé threw up. I will never use Carvana again and I’ve advised anyone who would listen to take their business elsewhere. this company takes no ownership for their mistakes and has no desire to make it right. More

Delivery date was pushed 2 weeks due to a "cosmetic issue" Carvana could not or would not explain. That wasn't a major issue, just tedious. The real issues came after delivery. 6 days and 650 miles after delivery, my Q5 with less than 25k miles suffered what can only be called catastrophic issues. The Drive System malfunctioned and cylinder 3 was toast due to metal shavings in the engine. I'm now looking at a total engine and turbo replacement, along with other components. Luckily, this will be covered under the Silver Rock warranty, but that doesn't change the fact that I'll be making my first payment on a car that I can't even drive. I waited 3 days for Silver Rock's "preferred service center", which is just a Firestone tire shop to tell me they couldn't diagnose, much less fix the car before I could get approval to send it to Audi for service. The car has now been in the shop for more days than it's been in my possession, and I'm looking at another 3-4 weeks before I get it back. More
