During online shopping for this car, I carefully looked at the exterior and interior imperfections noted. They did not note a major imperfection with the side view mirror. It was very obvious (by paint and at the exterior and interior imperfections noted. They did not note a major imperfection with the side view mirror. It was very obvious (by paint and metal showing) that the whole side view mirror had been replaced with after market part. Makes me think this was intentional. More

This was the best car buying experience that I have ever had. The deal was unbeatable giving the price and mileage. My encounter with the nice employee during the vehicle exchange was memorable. My experience was actually struggle. It took about a month to get a car.. my bank was an issue so that two about two weeks to figure out. Then the car I bought the first time the check engine light came on the day I was picking it up. I went in to cancel the order and the gentlemen on the phone was patient and kind and helped me find a different vehicle. I was ready to go elsewhere. Whoever he was, deserves a raise. I received this vehicle without any issues, and after a week I can say I do love it. The gentleman that saved the purchase truly deserves a raise and a reward, because I was extremely frustrated and he heard my feelings, helped me find a car, and honored my wishes. And now I love it. I’m 50/50 if I would recommend Carvana. The reviews and all over the internet say NOT to use Carvana but I was trying to trust the process. I do love the car now but after a month and two cars of struggle, it was more challenging than I was ready for. More

I give a 3 star review because I had 2 extremes, the customer service was constantly setting me up to fail and just wouldn’t tell me the things I would need to continue the purchase, but the vending mac customer service was constantly setting me up to fail and just wouldn’t tell me the things I would need to continue the purchase, but the vending machine I went to was wonderful everyone was friendly and was working with me and just tried to make my life as easy as possible. If I could leave 0 stars I would, not only was my car delayed with no reasoning behind it, I had to borrow a vehicle as my old one was already sold.. drove 800 miles round trip to pick up and turns out t delayed with no reasoning behind it, I had to borrow a vehicle as my old one was already sold.. drove 800 miles round trip to pick up and turns out the engine needed to be replaced, new struts, new engine mount, new belts, new washer fluid tubing, and new thermostat . The check engine light came on two days after I got home.. when talking to a rep there was no remorse, basically told me xxxx happens and I had to drive another 800 mile round trip to exchange the car while 8 months pregnant and with a toddler. New car runs great, miles were 5,000 more than the listing supposedly it was noted on the account in case their is a warranty issue but I won’t hold my breath. The seats were soaking wet and it stunk like chemicals so bad my fiancé threw up. I will never use Carvana again and I’ve advised anyone who would listen to take their business elsewhere. this company takes no ownership for their mistakes and has no desire to make it right. More
