This response is just comical and so is the fact that I thought I was gonna get some closure to my sunroof problem. I called the number provided and found it to be a general number for anyone to call, not for problems. The guy who I spoke with took 10 seconds to review my account and said we see that you called last week and spoke with customer service and we stand by what they said to you then. WHAT!!! Why even respond to me here then? Another waste of time, thanks! Avoid Carvana and stick with a dealer that will actually care about selling you a car that almost immediately stops working.
