I dug into that and it means that it came from a dealership or was associated with a repair shop. And I do own one. But this is the car we drove daily and has nothing to do with our business. It's titled in my personal name and they had photos of our title for over a week. If they had an issue we could of been told at some point. Not set up an appointment with a customer and just decide not to show up or call or anything. Very horrible experience with this place. Seems like that's the norm with carvana. More

The associate worker was so cool and happy to be serving us and talking cars. It really was a great experience. I got to watch my car being retrieved from the 'vending machine', which was cool, although another overly excited customer kinda ruined the coin experience. Not to damper my purchase, I found the perfect luxury car for me under then reasonable financing terms. I will be a returning customer and can't see var leasing/buying done any other way! TY CARVANA! I honestly don't know where to start. I've always been intrigued by the whole buying a car online. My wife was even more intrigued and loved the fact that we didn't have to go to a dealer I've always been intrigued by the whole buying a car online. My wife was even more intrigued and loved the fact that we didn't have to go to a dealership. She went online found the car she wanted, applied for financing and had the car delivered right to our door. At first everything was great. We love the car! I decided to take some time and just check the car over being that we had seven days to exchange it for a different one and this is what we found: Drivers head light missing cap on back Windshield had a chip Both front facing cameras not working R/R rim didn't match. Painted with different color paint. Paint bubbling on hood and fender Ticking noise from blower area right front when car is shut off or when first getting into the car Water damage drivers side stow and go 2nd row drivers side seat frame very rusted Cover for stow and go moldy and rusty We were willing to live with all of that stuff except for the water damage because of how much we liked the car. The car was a 2020 with 34,000 miles and was still under manufacturer warranty. We had no choice but to return the car. When looking at replacement cars we couldn't find anything comparable with the same options close mileage and year for the same price. We wound up having to get a 2018 with 32,000 miles. Not only did the car have no manufacturer's warranty left but it also cost $4,000 more and we also had to pay $600 to have it shipped to us. When talking to carvana we tried to get them to wave that $600 based on the fact that we were returning a car because it wasn't check properly and they pretty much said too bad so sad. Fast forward now we've had the new car for about 2 weeks and it's at one of their recommended facilities because the front two tires are bold, it's got a noise from the rear and the sunroof doesn't work. The sunroof stopped working about 2 days ago, it looks like the sun shade is off track. They're replacing the tires and a wheel bearing and not doing anything with the sunroof. They're saying the sunroof is not a covered repair because it has to do with the headliner and it's not covered. I called carvana to see if there's anything that they can do about it and the lady on the phone pretty much before even calling silver Rock told me that they're just going to back up what silver Rock says. I explained to the lady at carvana that I'm spending $35,000 on a car and have had for 2 weeks, there is no reason why I should have to pay to get my sunroof working. Again too bad so sad! Had I bought this car from a dealership I guarantee you that I would not have to pay for anything that was wrong with it within the first 30 days. Could you imagine buying a minivan from Chrysler for $35,000 and the sunroof stopping working after 2 weeks and Chrysler telling you too bad so sad. To me it seems like if there's a problem carvana does not go above and beyond to rectify the problems that customers are having with their vehicles. I really wanted to like this process and I thought that it was the future of car buying. But unless carvana gets their act together and does a good job of checking these vehicles before they're sold to customers and then standing behind the cars that they sell to the customers I don't see how they're going to succeed. The auto business is a customer based business and there's only so many customers you can sell used cars to with problems before no one will buy from you anymore. Carvana, you need to do a better job of taking care of your customers! More
