The purchasing process was very easy however the car was very dirty and had an outstanding recall on it when it was delivered. This was our 3rd online purchase with Carvana. All three were delivered to our home. We are very happy with our transactions, in fact our first vehicle we used a a trade on the third. Carvana has treated us well and I realize they are bust like everyone else in the industry, so I am patient and kind with their customer service group. I find them to be responsive and helpful. Our latest purchase was a 2016 Lincoln MKC and it is an amazing vehicle, priced right and met or exceeded what we expected. Buying a car sight unseen is risky, however we are now 3 for 3 and plan on buying another toward the end of the year. The vehicle will be for our son. We have also used their financing and found it also easy. All three delivery drivers have been polite, professional and helpful. Plus our trade-in offer was more than fair. This is my second time using Carvana. First time it took them over a month to get the car to me. This second time, the car was supposed to have gone through a 150-point inspection. Received the car on a rainy day so I couldn't see the body till it stopped raining. The body has about 40 more bad spots on it then they even showed in the pictures. The rotors are shot, and pads were original (this is a 2018) all around. I had to put over $500 into the rotors and pads just so I could drive it.I asked them if they would reimburse us since we will have to do the work ourselves, that was a no. It also has a noise when pulling off. I couldn't return it due to leaving on vacation a day after I received the vehicle, and you only have 400 miles to return it. I don't think I would purchase through Carvana again after this purchase. More
The car itself is as advertised. They managed to scan my driver license and spell my name wrong! They seem to have two systems, one on the website and one sending out E-mails, and the two do not talk to each other. We shall see how the title/registration process goes.. More

When my husband and I arrived at Carvana it literally took 15 minutes and we had the vehicle. It was everything they said it would be. No issues! No scams! The vehicle gave us no issues at all on the 5 hour road trip back home. I highly recommend Carvana 100%. I love my Chevy. More

on April 26,2023 Upon arrival to the Westminster vending machine for my 11:30am appointment, I'm waiting in the lobby for about 15 minutes and NO ONE even acknowledged me, many employees walking back and fo machine for my 11:30am appointment, I'm waiting in the lobby for about 15 minutes and NO ONE even acknowledged me, many employees walking back and forth. Finally Alsidero asked me if I had been helped and I said No and I have an 1130 appointment, he asked my name and said he was going to get the paperwork and never returned back to me. Another person came out a little later and I stopped him and he helped me out his name was Gregory. He said he will be right back with my paperwork. It took him about another 25 minutes or so. I expressed to him that I was very disappointed in this experience at this particular location and that I had previously purchased a vehicle from Carvana in Texas and the experience was amazing. I returned due to the magnificent customer service that I had but this was just unacceptable here in Westminster. They had my car out and didn't even allow me to put a coin in the machine to bring the car down or anything, I told Greg that was my whole purpose of coming here to get the full experience and he said he would drive it around and allow me the experience. upon checking out the vehicle I noticed the mileage was TOTALLY different than the paperwork and also Totally different from what was put online, I called the Carvana cust. service and reported the issue and also brought it to Greg's attention and he reprinted the vehicle vessel transfer reassignment form, hopefully it was properly noted because I need it correct for my warranty protection. The car was dirty and ALOT OF BUGS in the front of the vehicle, also very dirty right underneath the windshield wipers, The rear of the vehicle passenger side had yellow scrapes all along the side of the car, I was ready to give the car back IMMEDIATELY Greg went and grabbed spray bottles and another person from the detailing department to help clean the vehicle and he got those scrapes right off, he was very nice and polite. At the end Greg made sure I was satisfied and I did appreciate that. Westminster location needs to get it together with better customer service. More
Carvana delayed and rescheduled my delivery FOUR times. I received my new car over a month later than original delivery date. Customer service, whether via chat or live call, was entirely worthless in resolving any of my concerns. They seem to just read from a script and appear powerless to make any changes or take action. I spent many hours interacting with them and never received any action to address my issues. Car itself was delivered only moderately clean, with a broken key fob and a slow leak in one tire. Car itself is awesome and exactly what I wanted. And I felt the price was excellent. However, the Carvana dealer experience was horrible -- like worse than the cable company and DMV rolled into one.
