The cars used to be quality now they are lemon. The first two cars I got were fantastic the last two I have got are total lemons that are costing me more in repairs then they are worth. I have never bought a car by myself and everybody I talked with, was so helpful. Even after I had the car in less than a week, major repairs are needed, and they walk me through the steps on how to co talked with, was so helpful. Overall pretty terrible experience. Took about a month and a half to receive my car. Already made a whole payment on it before even recieving it. Shipment was delayed about 7 times and Took about a month and a half to receive my car. Already made a whole payment on it before even recieving it. Shipment was delayed about 7 times and barely willing to work with me around my schedule to deliver the car. Car came damaged, originally shipment was delayed to fix it, and it was just sent to me again a month later still damaged. Wasted an entire month. Offered to repair it but the shop they ‘approved’ is an hour away from me. Can’t afford to drive there, or get it delivered there and have it sit for probably 3 days. Car had a lot more imperfections than what was pictures, including dings, scratches, missing trim, fading clear coat, and more. More

The process literally could not have been easier! I ordered a car on my phone in about 20 minute’s time. The delivery was a piece of cake and the young guy who came, Cole, was an angel.
