We bought through Carvana to avoid the hassle of the dealer, however, it's been worse. The vehicle was damaged during transportation, we drove to the place indicated to fix it, it will take several days dealer, however, it's been worse. The vehicle was damaged during transportation, we drove to the place indicated to fix it, it will take several days if approved. Plus the website indicated that the vehicle came with 2 sets of keys and we only got one set, we brought this to the attention and we're told we have to look for a dealer and we've made several phone calls and no one works through the warranty place. So we were mislead with the site information. If you are going to buy a vehicle, go to a dealer instead. More
