Overall, amazing experience. Staff very friendly and helpful. This, my first experience, of buying a vehicle online, they were exceptional. I really love the car I got at the end of the entire process. Unfortunately for me, the car they originally were to deliver first could not be delivered on time and when it did arrive, it has been dama process. Unfortunately for me, the car they originally were to deliver first could not be delivered on time and when it did arrive, it has been damaged in transit. They offered to take it to a body shop at their expense and then deliver to me but I declined and cancelled that order. I quickly placed another order fo a similar car and they approved and were very attentive to accommodate all my needs and I was scheduled for my second vehicle delivery. They unfortunately couldn't deliver on that and postponed delivery almost a week. I called and they reimbursed some of the expenses incurred while not being able to drive my car until delivery. On the rescheduled delivery day, they delivered my car just as expected and it went flawlessly. Communication was great and the car was just as expected. I'm overall very happy with my purchase after all that happened. Thank you! More

The sales person help me through the process and said everything was complete. We on a pickup time, but when I got their at my appointment time she didn't know anything. Then I had to start the whole process all over again even though my vehicle was their and pick up at another time. Bummer! More
From start to finish this was the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. Each person I spoke with was warm and caring on the phone and when we met Kevin the day we picked up the vehicle he was AWE experience I’ve ever had. I felt perfectly at ease through out most of the process and when I needed to speak with a human for that personal reassurance Jennifer, Jessica and finally Bernie were there. They were all excited that I would have a suv big enough for my kids and our giant puppy and they put me at ease that everything was approved and would be alright. The car vending machine was AWESOME! I loved the theatrics! My Sorento is perfect, just what I wanted for an amazing price even with the extra coverage we selected!! Who really put the cherry on top was Kevin. He was kind, courteous and really sweet throughout the whole exchange and pick up. When I got on the road and was a good hour away I realized I left my original Alanis Morresette cd in my trade in. Not only did Kevin immediately respond to my text but he overnighted my cd back to me without a thought. If you’re looking to make your mark on the car buying world you are certainly hiring the right people. Good job Carvana, we will definitely be back. More

This is our second time using Carvana and it was another great experience. They will be my first option when it comes time to purchase another car.
