The interior was was filthy and they didn't clean it at all. The upholstery was nasty and the car has a smell that we're still trying to get rid of. Unacceptable in Covid 19 times. all. Overall, pretty good. The "hold time" on the phone, even Sunday morning was TERRIBLE...about TWO AND A HALF HOURS!!! That alone might impact on my decision to ever use Carvana again. Vehicle was in described condition and was clean upon arrival. I am loving it and am enjoying the ride. It was a bumpy road, I’m still thinking my warranty isn’t correct but I’ll need to review the paperwork. My key is already not working correctly, i didn’t know the vehicle would not come inspected for my sta correct but I’ll need to review the paperwork. My key is already not working correctly, i didn’t know the vehicle would not come inspected for my state, it’s saying there was no oil change done recently, the wiper blades are old and need replaced, the tag was not transferred from my old vehicle, I’m pretty sure i paid those fees as well but now need to put out sooo much money out of pocket to legally drive it in my own state!!!! I’m so frustrated! And to top it all off i still haven’t been refunded the 100 i needed to put down to hold the vehicle initially! More

This is the second car we purchased from Carvana; first purchase was a 2017 Audi Q7 in 2019. Just like the first purchase, this go-around was straight forward and easy. The online process and the communication flow was pretty good. The only downsides were the pick-up: unlike our previous purchase, there was no "show" - car coming down elevator, then perform a 360 prior to entering a viewing bay. Unlike the first purchase, I happened to not bring my kids this time. Additionallyy, the pre-pick-up instructions lacked some details that forced me to return to the dealership the same day. Overall, I would consider purchasing from Carvana again. More
