Carvana made it possible for me to get a car - never mind get a car that I would DREAM to have! My old car broke down unexpectedly and I was stuck with bad credit and an old loan - didn’t think I was doing m get a car that I would DREAM to have! Carvana approved me for financing and hooked me up with home delivery of a basically new (used) electric vehicle. I put myself able to afford one of these in maybe 6 years... nope! The overall experience was great. The only complaint I have is the first car I received had a few issues, (warning light, radio buttons stuck, spare key not working, advertised with alarm system but didn' have is the first car I received had a few issues, (warning light, radio buttons stuck, spare key not working, advertised with alarm system but didn't have one) and the car I purchased was 20k. Because of the issues mentioned I decided to swap for the same make and model, just a little newer with a few additional bells and whistles. Before the delivery of the 2nd vehicle, the delivery driver called to inform me the back up camera wasn't working and asked if I still wanted to proceed with the purchase with the agreement Carvana would pay for the back up camera to be repaired. When the 2nd vehicle actually arrived, I did my own examination and realized the car didn't even have a back up camera, even though again, it was advertised with one. Not to mention I saw the first car I returned back up for sale the next day, which means there is so way they rectified the repairs mentioned above. Long story short, the cars I received were advertised with extra features than the car actually came with. Not sure how common this occurs, but it happened with both the vehicles I received. The convince of home delivery and the ability to swap out vehicles make the process very favorable overall though. More

The finance guy wants to sell you everything little add on they can and mess with the finance rate to up charge you, no thanks.
