Carvana needs to inspect vehicles more carefully. All 4 Wheels on my vehicle had peeling paint- which was not disclosed as a defect. Vehicle description also noted wheel locks as a dealer-added feature- bu Wheels on my vehicle had peeling paint- which was not disclosed as a defect. Our car was delivered and we were still in our 7 day window when we realized two issues. We called Carvana and waited on hold 15 minutes only to have the person who answered to hang up. We tried to contact the person who delivered the vehicle but no answer there. Finally we called the warranty company but they were closed and would be closed for the upcoming weekend.needless to say our 7 day guarantee elapsed and the vehicle is not fixed. Not sure I would do business with them again. More
I have probably purchased +30 vehicles during my lifetime. This has been one of the more painful experiences I have had due to a number of unique and unusual circumstances that arose. The Carvana people is why I did not abort the process mid-stream (+30 days). Overall, they have been courteous, pleasant to talk to, and focused on helping resolved issues. Unfortunately, in a situation like mine, there is not an assigned customer advocate to resolve the problem(s) and I felt as if I were starting from scratch each day explaining what was required. I do realize that my situation was unique, and in spite of my frustrations, would recommend this dealership. In hindsight, I wish I would have have my kids with me for the coin drop. More

He even called and informed me he could come a little earlier than my original drop off time. Purchasing a vehicle from Carvana has been an absolute customer service nightmare. They asked me to set a date to receive my vehicle, and I did so. Then, they proceeded to push that date not once or twice customer service nightmare. They asked me to set a date to receive my vehicle, and I did so. Then, they proceeded to push that date not once or twice, but THREE times without so much as contacting me to tell me why. I spent hours on the phone with multiple agents (who would sometimes hang up for no reason) in order to finally receive my vehicle. Then, after everything was said and done, the bank I used for my loan informed me that Carvana never provided them with the title noting them as the lienholder. After reaching out via their website multiple times, they told me each time that a customer service agent would contact me when one was available. I was never contacted. I had to spend over half an hour (a short wait for them) to get in contact with an actual human to get this issue resolved after another hour. The small price savings was absolutely not worth the "convenience" they claim to provide. I would absolutely NOT recommend this company to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle unless you're just a masochist. More
