The buying process was easy and simple, I love my car too. The reason I took off a couple stars is because there was a one week delay in the shipment of my car and I had to rent a car due to that. Not easy very complicated. Trying to sell a car to this company is astronomically complicated. The stupid policies they have in effect are some of the dumbest policies ever.
