I have already spoken with three members of your team of dedicated advocates (on four different calls) and none of them have been willing or able to help us. I have spent more than five hours on the phone about this and I'm reluctant to waste more ime trying to convince a Carvana employee to do the right thing. My last two calls were with a supervisor and she absolutely refused to help. If you can give me the name and direct dial number of someone above supervisor level who is empowered to actually do something, I will try again. Otherwise I'll do my best to help potential car buyers avoid the mistake we made in purchasing from Carvana.
