Ordering the car was very easy and painless. Once I got the car it was not what I expected. Leaked oil, interior smelled like smoke (they should disclose) and was not clean. I ended up returning the car because I couldn’t get a guarantee they would cover all the issues. Actually I swapped it for a different car. The new car was delayed in delivery but once it showed up it was a better car. Very clean and no smoke or leaks. I brought it to a mechanic right away to have it checked out. They found a few things that Carvana covered and fixed for me. I would recommend Carvana and I think the first car was just a lemon. More

Easy to buy a vehicle online but after you buy, it goes downhill,like off a cliff. I bought a BMW from them and right after I got it I noticed several issues. Warranty is lousy and they wouldn't let me take it to the dealership . So I arranged to swap it out for another car. The advocate told me that the shipping would be $600 but he would credit me 300 for the trouble with the other car. New car arrives and it's great and I absolutely love it. Next day Carvana overdrew my account by charging me 700 dollars. I called and they said shipping was $1000 minus the 300. I definitely would never have agreed to pay $1000 for shipping! So now I have to return a vehicle I really love because I wasn't told the truth. A billion dollar corporation would rather lose a customer and a sale instead of eating 400 dollars to retain a repeat customer. So avoid the easy transaction and save yourself a lot of grief More
For the most part my experience so far has been ok. Although the pick up needed an alignment and it needs tires because the alignment is out it has worn the tires on the inside almost bald. I pointed this out to the representative where I picked up the car. He told me I should wait until my 7 days are up and try to file. Ive spoken with a few people at carvana and they have told me tires are not covered with my extended warranty. I will continue to push the issue but I'm afraid ill have to pay out of my own pocket. I think carvana should at least cover the two front tires. Other than this issue it has been a fairly easy process. More
