Paid cash for a 40k truck got one key and a broken key fob. Silverrock is trash and is NOT acceptable at any dealership around me due to how bad they are to work with. No support from Carvana at all and the correct work order was not even sent to silverrock in the first place they did not add the 2key and that was the WHOLE point. Go to a dealership in person and save hours of being on hold with various people with no resolution. Sure it’s just a key but it’s a 40k dollar key and a problem that should have been resolved 2 weeks ago. More
The whole experience was pretty good and much easier than going to a physical dealership. The car was delivered a few days late which was annoying as I had to purchase insurance and have it ready so I ended going to a physical dealership. The car was delivered a few days late which was annoying as I had to purchase insurance and have it ready so I ended up paying for a few more days of insurance for a car I didn't have. The app also had some issues when trying to upload the requested documents. Other than that the experience was really great. The person who delivered the car was very professional and was able to answer any question I had. I will definitely be looking at Carvana again for my next car purchase. More
IF you plan on purchasing a car from this clown show, make sure to order it well in advance. Do not follow the instructions to transfer the insurance on your trade-in until you absolutely know your Carva make sure to order it well in advance. I ordered a car at the end of June with a scheduled delivery today. Over a week time to get the car delivered, and they rescheduled the delivery for next Friday! So, by following their preparation policy, I now have my old car sitting in my driveway without insurance, a ton of pathetic excuses as to why my delivery got delayed another seven days, and additional work for me to rectify the insurance issue. First and last time I would do business with a company that has the coordination management skills of a two-year old, and zero concern for their customers time and efforts. More

After shopping local dealerships, I was getting frustrated at the lack of inventory but , after a two weeks of searching your vast selection, I found a car that was far beyond my expectations, and frustrated at the lack of inventory but , after a two weeks of searching your vast selection, I found a car that was far beyond my expectations, and trading in my car was great. That was the easy part! When we started the documents for title and tags, My nightmare started. To make a long story short, If I had been given the option to go to my local DMV It would have been much less time, and far less complication. Please don't think that I don't love the car, because I do, but I would think twice before going through this type of documents process again. I know you mean well for your customers, and the idea of not having to go to the DMV was great in theory but in my case, it ended up in a huge delay, and major nightmare. More

After 2 delivery delays, they said my car had transmission problems that require repair from their in house technicians 3,000 miles from my delivery. Since it was a high value car with detailed s transmission problems that require repair from their in house technicians 3,000 miles from my delivery. Since it was a high value car with detailed service records, I requested documentation. They couldn't do that, in addition, the rep recommended I cancel due to high mileage.....so I did. Would never use Carvana, and would not recommend to anyone. More
