I knew buying a car from my phone was too good to be true. I ordered the car for pickup (since they didn’t deliver to my location), all was good and set. I drive 4 hours to pick it up and it’s not there true. I ordered the car for pickup (since they didn’t deliver to my location), all was good and set. I drive 4 hours to pick it up and it’s not there. They said it was never shipped and didn’t even bother telling me “hey don’t come today it’s delayed”. I called their customer service to figure out what was happening and reschedule, since the guy at the pickup place told me he couldn’t do anything. Lady on the phone was clueless, kept thinking I was financing even though I was paying cash, and frankly unhelpful. There was no compensation considering I drove 4 hours for the car to not even be there. I still ended up rescheduling pickup for 4 days later, just for the next day to have Carvana email me that my order was cancelled. I was so upset at first but then realized I probably dodged a bullet as there would’ve been something wrong with the car knowing their track record at this point. Either go to a dealership or use anything else! More
First car they sent me was totalled, also was advertised as 4wd but was 2 wd. Then took a week to get me my other vehicle, wouldn't give me my money back in the amount of time I needed to go elsewhere befor as 4wd but was 2 wd. To be completely honest with you, the process of purchasing the vehicle is great. The only downside that has occurred in the last two vehicles that we’ve purchased is the lack of explanation prior t purchasing the vehicle is great. When they do list find scratches, they don’t go into detail because they have turns out to be multiple areas. Not just one and then also the quality of the explanation is not very thorough besides that the process is fantastic easy And I would highly recommend them with a seven day return policy. You do have the option of bringing that vehicle back if it’s not to your liking. More

I haven't had a problem so far. I did have to return the first car because the electric nine didn't hold a charge but the exchange was easy and I haven't had a problem out of my new I did have to return the first car because the electric nine didn't hold a charge but the exchange was easy and I haven't had a problem out of my new one. My only complaint is the 2nd car wasn't nearly as well cleaned and detailed as the first one but it wasn't gross either. More
I am very happy with the customer service. I sold my car to them in 2022 an bought a 2016 that is in brand new condition.
