I like Carvana it’s my first experience and I picked one suv but unfortunately I had to return it because of a manufacturing error so I got another suv and I don’t have any regrets by far..my only thing is suv but unfortunately I had to return it because of a manufacturing error so I got another suv and I don’t have any regrets by far..my only thing is fill the tanks up rather we are purchasing new or used cars ! If the rental cars fill up their cars then Carvana should do the same …it’s much and safer especially for single women and not knowing how far we have to drive etc. More
The process of buying and financing was extremely easy. When I picked the car up, little to no effort had been made in cleaning the car. It was basically filthy. Both headlamp assemblies are being replaced by the warranty company. It doesn’t appear the 150 point inspection was done at all. More

Got a 2015 Buick regal. Car was delivered about a week later than expected. Was told that it was delayed the first time due to not enough time to detail the car only for the Car was delivered about a week later than expected. Then later that day the car started to have a high pitched noise coming from the wheels. Then when I went to break the front end of the car would shake. Carvana's warranty doesn't cover breaks even though I literally just got the car. Although carvana advertises a 150 point inspection that's clearly a lie or they would have noticed something wrong with it before they tried to sell it! Then when asked if they would cover the cost of having the repairs done I was told to have them done and silver rock would review to determine if they'd cover the cost. So you want me to have work done on a car I just got without a guarantee that it'll be covered I think not. This has by far been a horrible car buying experience! More
One of the worst buying experiences that I ever had. It’s of no fault of the clerk Ray. He was amazing. But the vehicle had issues. From day one. I needed to secure a panel with zip ties as I pulled off It’s of no fault of the clerk Ray. He was amazing. But the vehicle had issues. From day one. I needed to secure a panel with zip ties as I pulled off and it was rubbing the wheels making a horrific sound. Then my tire pressure light was on and would not go off without being reset with a tool. When I took the vehicle to a shop that is authorized to make repairs they told me they could not fix my headlight system warning light as my headlights still worked and they would not cover it unless it failed. That all occurred during the span of the 7 day return period. When I inquired about swapping out the vehicle I was told I would have to pay for shipping (again) and add to a down payment as the same model vehicle I just got were listed at higher prices. Well I guess I could have chose a lesser vehicle but that doesn’t seem fair to me. This is my second purchase from Carvana and there will not be a third. I guess my experience on the first one was just luck! More
