Most of what was advertised about the vehicle was true. I did not like that they left out a few issues that would've altered my purchase. Ordering the car was very easy and painless. Once I got the car it was not what I expected. Leaked oil, interior smelled like smoke (they should disclose) and was not clean. I ended up returning the car because I couldn’t get a guarantee they would cover all the issues. Actually I swapped it for a different car. The new car was delayed in delivery but once it showed up it was a better car. Very clean and no smoke or leaks. I brought it to a mechanic right away to have it checked out. They found a few things that Carvana covered and fixed for me. I would recommend Carvana and I think the first car was just a lemon. More

The trade in and purchase transaction went smoothly. The car was missing the passenger side mirror when received and repair is in progress.
