Buying from Carvana was the easiest and most enjoyable car buying experience I have had. Instead of spending hours with finance at a dealership, the purchase process took 30 minutes. Also, there were no hidden dealer fees or unexpected surprises. The vehicle arrived on time and looked exactly like the pictures. We took it for a spin, and finished the process with a few clicks on an iPad and a signature. Their 100 day coverage is great too in the event of any major issues. Great customer service and overall experience!! More

I drove my car to the local dealership and test drove a ACURA MDX. The gentleman Brian Hale was very thorough with the paper work. I never purchased a car where they expected you to use your time to take the vehicle you were trying out, to be fixed. I noticed pressing the front brake they seemed to grab. When I took the vehicle to the designated repair shop I spent the whole afternoon waiting for the repair. An hour of that time was waiting on hold for them to approve the repair. We sat with another Carvana couple the purchasers were from out of state. During their wait it was a long hassle for the approved repair. They waited much longer than we did. It was a fairly easy process to purchase our 2018. I did purchased additional warranty just in case. More
I got my 2019 hyundai tucson last week and as far I know the car is in great mechanical shape and the process was pretty easy. My only complaint would be that I find it a little ridiculous that you guys can the car is in great mechanical shape and the process was pretty easy. My only complaint would be that I find it a little ridiculous that you guys can’t even give the car a thorough vacuum before you deliver the car. There were straw wrappers, a decent amount of crumbs and dirt in the passenger seat when it arrived. I also had been given 2 keys and one of them wasn’t working so the delivery lady put in a request for a new battery, that I still haven’t gotten or heard anything about. The following day the other “good” remote was struggling to work and I was stranded in my work parking lot until it decided to work and connect long enough to start. I should mention this car has a push to start so if the battery in the key fob is dead the car isn’t going to start. I had to drive immediately to the store and buy the new batteries and replace them myself, which is something I don’t think anyone should have to do after getting a new car. Especially since your prices are overpriced and I know I already overpaid for what that car is worth. i know batteries are pretty cheap, but at the minimum they should be included for an overpriced car and the lack of a final cleaning and not making sure the key fobs are functioning really shows the level of care. More
