Everything was great and went smoothly until i found the only key i was given was a duplicate non-button key and i would have to fork over 340$ for a decent key from the Ford dealer who raised eyebrows. Selling is a breeze. Purchase is another story and needs improvement. Process had poor communication and it was extremely difficult to get a human on the phone. Purchased a vehicle, picked up and it made noises suggesting that the transmission was going bad. I swapped that vehicle out for another vehicle, on the day after the 7 day money back period, the tra suggesting that the transmission was going bad. I swapped that vehicle out for another vehicle, on the day after the 7 day money back period, the transmission went completely out on the second vehicle. It is stated that all vehicles go through a 150 point check, but somehow the two vehicles I received in as many weeks, the transmission going bad was missed. I would not recommend purchasing from Carvana, or at least the Charlotte, NC location. More

The people are great. All but one door has a "Use other door" sign on it. The one that does not is tinted and does not look like the door they are referring to. It's difficult to get to this location without a ride. It is surrounded by fenced off properties of the CDC, PDK, and IRS, so you have to walk a while from MARTA. The water in the waiting area is great. They overlooked a clicking sound in the front driver side hub. I took the vehicle to the Nissan dealer afterwards and got it resolved with no charge as a service bulletin under warranty. So be aware that incoming vehicles may not be checked over for work that is otherwise no cost. (In this case the sound was obvious. I could push the car back and forth from outside and demonstrate it to the mechanic. All good now). Can't say enough good things about the people here. Cameron was excellent to work with! Hope everyone here is getting considered for raises annually and compensated for their labor. The entire process was faster than renting a car. More
