Customer support is very good, but I don't agree with the policies regarding repairs of cosmetic issues. They list their cars on the websites identifying cosmetic issues, such as scratches and chips, but if policies regarding repairs of cosmetic issues. But then, why list some imperfections and not others in the first place? In my case, very minor imperfections were listed and very apparent ones were not. The car is quite unique and I don't want to return it, but the car is definitely not in the same state as advertised. They have also delayed the delivery for a week without any apparent attempt to fix the situation, they just informed it would take an extra week. On the plus side, customer service is really good and you are usually helped by a friendly and knowledgeable person. More

I ordered a 2020 Honda Civic, 2 prior owners, clean Carfax, passed the Carvana 150 point inspection and the car had less than 12,000 miles. The car drove and handled well, but I had it inspected by a H Carfax, passed the Carvana 150 point inspection and the car had less than 12,000 miles. The car drove and handled well, but I had it inspected by a Honda repair specialist. Upon close inspection, the front bumper had been damaged and repaired with a poor fitting after market cover, the driver side fog light was damaged and not repaired, and the rear bumper had been damaged and poorly repaired. Despite the accident free Carfax, this car had been in at least one wreck requiring some body work that was probably not reported to Carfax. This should have been noticed during the so called 150 point inspection by Carvana, but obviously was missed. I wonder if the 150 point inspection was even performed and by whom? I returned the car within the 7 day return policy. The $95 inspection was well worth the price and saved me from investing good money on damaged goods. I will purchase vehicles from Carvana, but I recommend that each vehicle is inspected by a private mechanic within the 7 day return policy. Buyer beware, if it sounds too good to be true. More
