My Carvana purchase experience was excellent. It took me 2 vehicles with 3 deliveries. After the 10-minute test drive, I found a few issues with it that I was willing to work with SilverRock and have them resolved within the 7-day test-own period. On the fifth day, since the issue would never be fixed by the 7th day, I decided to return the second vehicle. I searched and waited for another vehicle of the same make and model for a while until the first vehicle became available again, then started the purchase process for this one, exactly the first one that got delivered. It still had that very minor issue from the first delivery so I decided to test it more for a few days and miles to see if there would be any other issue that may arise. I decided to keep this vehicle since no other issue showed up during the additional 7-day/400-mile test ownership. More

I purchased a 2016 Hyundai Sonata from Carvana, which looked great in the pictures. But the car came with many more imperfections than were shown in the pictures, including a part of the plastic frame ar looked great in the pictures. But the car came with many more imperfections than were shown in the pictures, including a part of the plastic frame around the windshield missing. I still decided to give the car a shot; however, after a couple of days, I decided to return it. So I called Carvana, notifying them of my decision. The customer representative was very courteous and we scheduled the return. And yet I didn't see that in my account. So I called again. Another polite customer representative assured me that there was a return scheduled. The next day I received a text message as well as an email from Carvana, which says the car registration is in progress. I logged into my Carvana account. It says the papers are submitted to DMV for registration. So I called once again. Another kind customer representative told me that must be an error and he doesn't know why I don't see the scheduled return. Overall, very bad experience, except for polite and easily accessible customer representatives. More
