The delivery was 30 mins late but he did let me know that he was running late. the delivery person was super polite but the car was missing 3 lug nuts for the front right tire. but this was noticed only afte he was running late. the delivery person was super polite but the car was missing 3 lug nuts for the front right tire. but this was noticed only after i test drove for 30 mins and when we were going through the paper work. the carvana person was prompt in getting this fixed at a local tire shop but it did delay my entire day's schedule. i had the option of getting the car delivered later in the day or drive myself (in my car that i wanted to trade in). i happen to headed in that area later so i drove myself. all staff were super helpful but having the crucial parts missing was extremely inconvenient. also, the car had extra scrapes and scratches that were not shown in the previous pictures. i submitted a claim to carvana partnered warranty (silver rock) and because it was within 7 days of purchase, they said they would take care of it. currently, i'm just waiting to take the car to the bodyshop that is within their network. Purchase process went well. the vehicle was delivered on time-no problem. vehicle prep left a lot to be desired, however. I don't think it had even be checked. This was a disappointment in an otherwise good experience. More

You just got a lifelong customer! I was so impressed with every aspect of the process! We have always used a different company to purchase our cars (rhymes with “barwax”), but I dec I was so impressed with every aspect of the process! We have always used a different company to purchase our cars (rhymes with “barwax”), but I decided to check out Carvana as well. On both websites, I put in our (very) specific filters and I received 2 results on the other website…and 6 pages of results with Carvana!! When I found the car we wanted, I was able to “hold” it with a $100 refundable deposit. I didn’t have to worry about someone buying it while I was making my decision. Each part of the process was easy and customer-centered. I interacted with 2 staff people (one on the phone and the delivery driver in-person) and they were both very friendly. I have been recommending Carvana to all of our friends and neighbors. Keep up the great work!! More

The easiest way to show for a vehicle… there was no pressure, no pushy salesmen, no middle man to deal with and most of all it was completely stress free!!!
