Just bought a 2012 Cadillac CTS. Have had it for 2 weeks. The car has been in the shop for 1 of those weeks with a dangerous problem that could not have been missed by any mechanic. The car purchase and delivery was extremely easy and convenient. There were a few minor issues with the car that were not disclosed in the ad nor shown in the pictures. The big ones were the missing spare tire, the road tires were worn out and the alignment was off. Also see signs of minor collision repairs that were not disclosed. I guess that’s the downside of buying a car sight-unseen. More
The trade in was a nightmare to say the least. I waited over a eeek for a car to become available, even paid a deposit fee for a car, then went through the process when the car became available. I had to run around like a chicken with my head cut off to get all of my insurance and bank loan information together before my time was up for the car. My delivery for my car was scheduled soon, then I received a text that my delivery was pushed back to December. I called customer service, and was told the car that I had waited on, even paid a deposit for, did not meet the maintenance for Carvana. Then, I had to find another car while losing “value” on my trade in. I then had to go back through the headache of a process through my bank and insurance for the new car. The first delivery was fine, which it was my fault that I did not notice my head light was shattered in the storm the night before and did not notify the driver sooner. We then fixed the headlight and the car was delivered a few days later. The way the delivery driver had the car loaded on the truck, it ended up leaving a huge scrape on the side of the car. I have had the car for a week now and still have not received a call about getting the scrape fixed. More

You don't have to go to the local used car dealer to be sold a lemon, you can just go online and buy a lemon from the convenience of your home. Thanks Carvana! More
