Within minutes, I had a value on my trade-in, purchased the car, (to include a very well priced extended warranty), and arranged for financing it through the Carvana website. And, while that was a very easy, non pressure experience, what made it really special was the delivery. Rachel, the Caravan rep, called me the day before the delivery to confirm, then called while in route to be sure not to leave me hanging. She was right on time, professional, and extremely upbeat. I found the car I wanted at a very good price (near the better end of the Kelly Blue Book Value). I financed the car with my own bank (better APR), and Carvana made it easy to pay using that method. I was able to pick up the car at my local Carvana vending machine. My son loved the experience and the car is in excellent condition. Overall, amazing. My wife's getting a new car soon and we will definitely buy it via Carvana. More

Boy was I wrong, when I called to discuss adding a trade in car to my purchase I was greeted by a positive helpful person. All my future calls to confirm pickup date and verify my back account funds were also with very upbeat positive customer service people. I was relived with how stress free they made the process. They have even streamlined how they verify you have enough money in your account for car purchase. The 7 day money back guarantee is nice and I was pleasantly surprised that Carvana sent me emails following up on how car was driving and reminding me how many days I had left on 7 day guarantee. Other companies would have gone out of there way to try to make your forget about the 7 days to lower the chance you might return. This showed me the confidence Carvana has in their car quality. I bought the car on Black Friday and was very impressed that the day after my 7 days was up. Carvana made sure my $1000 promotion check was overnight mailed to me. Picking up the car was a fun experience with putting the token in the machine. Lastly and most importantly the car drives great and looks exactly like it did on the website. I don’t ya e anything bad to say about carvana.... and there is definitely a cool factor to the vending Machiene if you live close to one!!! However the delivery service is also super convenient... but not as cool as the huge car vending machine :) More
