After that yo Easy! Carefree! Guaranteed to please! I know... scary right? Well, go ahead and go to a few dealers after going on TruCar’s website. After that you’ll either get a “great deal” with tons of added on fees or walk out frustrated and start surfing on the Carvana website like me. The process is super easy, uploading documents is easy... and bam you have an appt. they are punctual and communication is great. Drive your car for 7 days and hey, return it for free and it costed you nothing! I knew I’d keep mine but pay attention to the mileage limit. They loaded my car for trade while I test drove mine. Paperwork was filled out and all I did was sign a few pages. Done. I’d do it again! Care free car buying at a fair price! Taxes and plates... no added dealer fees! CARVANA will do what Netflix did to blockbuster if they continue to provide the care and customer service I received. Thanks Carvana!! More

Carvana does a good job of photographing the car, ven marking and showing close ups of any scratches, etc. The car in the pictures is the car I got, no surprises. I kept waiting to see if there would be a catch, an unexpected fee, but it never happened. I did not miss for a second the phony, over-cologned car salesman pushing useless extras at my expense. Oh, and the vending machine is pretty freaking cool. More

Excellent Customer Service My car was delivered right on time. The entire process was simple and stress free. No surprises when the car was delivered just as the information on My car was delivered right on time. The entire process was simple and stress free. No surprises when the car was delivered just as the information on the website was regarding the car. My husband done a test drive and the car is awesome! The only thing I would say needs improvement was the prep for delivery when they washed the car it wasn't done very well. All the windows have huge streaks from the car not being washed/rinsed correctly. We will NEVER go to a traditional car dealer again! You will not regret buying a car this way. The 7 day money back no questions asked is a great way to calm any fears you may have. The man who delivered our car was great! He answered any questions we had. Carvana is the new and best way to purchase your next vehicle! More

Started off well - ended horrible The premise seemed solid. The vehicle arrived within two weeks. The very first day probably three hours after delivery we noticed a knock in the motor The premise seemed solid. The vehicle arrived within two weeks. The very first day probably three hours after delivery we noticed a knock in the motor that got louder than more you drove it. We called and they directed us to the warranty program and said the $50 co-pay is waived in the first 45 days. Then they also let us know there was a problem with the title that was going to take them a week or so to figure out so the car could not be registered until then. I took the car to a mechanic that they recommended through the silver rock maintenance program. The mechanic looked at it and said the top end of the motor has a serious issue and it will require a dealership. This , combined with the title Issue Prompted me to utilize the seven day no hassle guarantee. I was first told that they cannot pick up the vehicle for at least a couple weeks. I then negotiated returning the vehicle the 35 minute drive from my house to the yard they had closest to me. I was told once the car was returned they would process a check for the trade they took as they were going to now buy the trade car . They said the check would be over nighted to me . I was also told they would process my return the same day and initiate a refund of my down payment which was several thousand dollars. Neither of these things happened and they still have my money, my old vehicle and they have their car back. When I called four days later They had not even begun to process the return though the system showed that the car was indeed returned. I am still waiting for a callback so they can figure out what they’re going to do. Meantime I am without a car and without my money they have all of it. If you have weeks or months to waste resolving the problems in the case that the car is not as advertised then by all means this is a good choice . As for me I would not do this again. Hassle free is not exactly what I would call this process More
