The online experience and the customer support, be it on chat or on the phone, was nothing short of excellent. The car pick up experience was also awesome and I loved receiving a video of this experience to cherish and share with family and friends. I will gladly return to Carvana for my next car and do hope I have an opportunity to purchase a new car the next time around!!! More

Ca On Saturday 2/3, I took delivery of a 2012 Mercedes C63 AMG. The driver was awesome, and maintained great communication on the morning of delivery. Car came in and the exterior looked good. I did note the exterior blemishes as shown in the pictures, which seemed about right. They do need to use better resolution with those pictures though. Online, they look like they were taken by a Motorola flip phone, lol. I did notice some additional damage that was not pointed out on the website, particularly a relatively large scrape (4-5 inches long) on the bottom edge of the front bumper. As someone else had stated on here, then generally don’t report damage below the midline of the car. While I appreciate that they can’t practically cover all damages on the exterior, Carvana should be a bit more upfront about this, as it makes you as the buyer a little disappointed at the onset. Moving to the interior, it appeared to be “vacuum clean” but not much else. It wasn’t in bad shape as the car didn’t have a lot of mileage, but I’d say it was a little cruddy. The passenger seat has some minor but noticeable staining on the alcantara seating surface (I really hope it’s coffee!). The driver side door was also quite dirty looking. It appears to have some buildup in the grain/textured surface. No big deal, but I would have expected the interior detail to be at least equivalent to a typical pre-owned vehicle dealership. So I proceeded to do a quick check of the interior equipment to make sure everything was in order. Everything was working well, and we were ready for the test drive. I routinely park on an inclined surface and always use the parking brake, so by habit, I went to pull the release handle and the whole handle pulled out in my hand! I look over at the poor delivery guy and he’s like, “Well, that wasn’t supposed to happen.” He was clearly embarrassed by this as it certainly doesn’t reflect well to the 150 point inspection or whatever they advocate. But he really stepped up here, and called both Carvana and SilverRock on my behalf, making sure they took note of it so that it would be addressed. He also informed them of the batteries that needed to be replaced in both keys, as the readout said they were low. Making a mental note to not use the parking brake until this gets fixed, we went on the test drive, and the car performed beautifully. I was satisfied assuming the repairs would be made, and signed the paperwork to start my trial period. Shortly after, I went straight to the dealership to address the issues we had uncovered as well as perform a used car inspection. The dealer had to keep the car 2 nights (they were closed Sunday) to do the diagnosis. They did seem very hesitant about dealing with a 3rd party warranty/service company, which was concerning since I purchased a 4 year CarvanaCare warranty. Fast forward to today (Monday), and I get a call from the Mercedes service associate. He informs me that the car needs to have the brake release cable replaced, and the valve cover gaskets have a small leak. He told me he would reach out to SilverRock. A few hours later, the MB service associate calls to tell me that SilverRock authorized the repair, which I was quite pleased with. The downside is that he needs to order the parts and then install, so we’re talking about having the car completed by approximately Friday, 2/9. Now my issue is that the following day (2/10) is the end of my trial period, and I’ve had the car in my possession for a total of 3 hours. I messaged Carvana using their online chat, and spoke to a representative named Brandon. He was very understanding and assured me that they would take care of me. A few minutes later, he got authorized an extension of my trial period through 2/14. Very pleased with the quick response here. He even said to call prior to the end of the trial period in the event there is a further delay in getting the car back. Summary: -Not sure I put too much confidence in their 150 point inspection. Missing a broken parking brake release makes the car borderline unsafe to operate (imagine if this were a manual transmission?). Get your own independent inspection. It’s not all that expensive when you consider your investment. -Exterior detailing, pretty good. Interior detail was lacking, with stains/ dirt apparent that would need a shampoo treatment/cleaning. -Picture resolution is about 2 decades behind. Not great for a company that in other ways seems very “state of the art” -People at Carvana have been a pleasure to deal with, every step of the way. The people are their best asset. -SilverRock seems ok so far. Let's see how they do if/when I have to use the CarvanaCare Extended Warranty that I purchased. More
Great Experience I purchased this truck 3 weeks ago and it was a great experience. Go to a dealership if you want to check out your next car but come back and see what I purchased this truck 3 weeks ago and it was a great experience. Go to a dealership if you want to check out your next car but come back and see what Carvana has available not at a little savings but a large savings and they gave me a fair trade-in price for my old truck that I was satisfied with. I know I saved thousands of dollars by purchasing a really clean used with low miles (9,000 miles) and with factory warranty. I w Carvana was the BEST car buying experience I've ever had. I'd recommend them to anyone. Next time I buy a car, it will definitely be with carvana! I won't even bother going to a traditional dealership. I loved that I did not have any car salesmen trying to talk me into something I didn't want or need or having to negotiate the price. The price on carvana was below blue book and they had great customer service. More

After selecting the vehicle I wanted to purchase, it was just a matter of uploading a few documents and I had an offer on my trade-in and financing approval within minutes. I picked up my car at their Nashville location a couple of days later and it was delivered spotless and in like-new condition. The entire pick-up experience took less than an hour and that's including a 20 minute test drive. No hassles, no sales pitch and no pressure. I wish I could remember the name of the customer advocate in Nashville (I think it was AJ-but I'm not 100% sure about that) because he was excellent and deserves a shout-out in this review. The only extremely slight negative was that the 360 website tour of the vehicle that I purchased incorrectly showed heated seats as one of the features but the car does not have heated seats. Wasn't a deal breaker for me as the car was a great value for the features that it did have and it was otherwise exactly as advertised. Loving my nearly new car and would definitely buy from Carvana again! More

A new way to buy a car I purchased a car through Carvana and I must say it was an eye opening experience. No hassle, no stress, no pressure. The entire process was extremely I purchased a car through Carvana and I must say it was an eye opening experience. No hassle, no stress, no pressure. The entire process was extremely smooth and I can tell a lot of thought went into this new way of buying a car. Their website is well laid out and all of their vehicles looked fantastic. All of the important stuff can be done directly on their website. I chose to use their financing and all I had to do was verify 3 or 4 items, sign a contract and it was done. The car delivery was on time. I could also tell that even the delivery driver liked his job. The entire process took 3 days to delivery and that included me sifting through many cars before I made a final decision. I felt like they genuinely wanted to sell me a car that I was sure I really wanted, vs just trying to make a sale to meet quota. Very clean cars, well laid out website, good pricing, stress free and fast service. Great job Carvana! More

No test drives, horrible trade-in policy, bait-and-switch Where to begin? Let's start with the fact that this place has the worst trade-in system I've ever encountered. Every other dealership I talked to wa Where to begin? Let's start with the fact that this place has the worst trade-in system I've ever encountered. Every other dealership I talked to was thrilled to take in two of my cars for the one I wanted to purchase. Not this place: only one trade-in allowed, meaning I'd be stuck either paying off my negative equity car or financing it on top of the new car. Oh, and unlike literally every other dealership I've worked with, they won't take care of the payoff paperwork for you: you are responsible for working all of that out between yourself, them, and the old lender. Oh, and by the way, they'll only hold the car you're looking at for 10 minutes while you try to call and arrange this. Did I mention that? You can't put a hold down on a car you're interested in: they give you 10 minutes to arrange the financing and everything on your own, and past that you're SOL. You're expected to jump on cars as soon as they go live and purchase them without ever seeing or driving them, all while handling your trade-in and financing details in a 10 minute window. In the half hour I was on the phone trying to arrange a test drive (which is actually just buying the car then returning it - xxx?), three of the cars I was looking at sold. In fact, the cheapest one was sold before I even called, yet the advertisement for it remains up hours later - this is called 'bait-and-switch' advertising and is illegal. But I guess this is the future of car buying - no test drives, no helping the customer through the process, just making inventory available in small batches that sell quickly and giving the customer a literal time limit. Ugh. More
